Abstract
ABSTRAK Nyeri post sectio caesarea adalah rasa nyeri yang dirasakan pasien post sectio caesarea (SC) pada daerah insisi yang disebabkan oleh robeknya jaringan pada dinding perut dan dinding uterus. Bidan memiliki peran yang besar dalam penanggulangan nyeri melalui pendekatan non-farmakologi, salah satunya dengan teknik relaksasi genggam jari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan intensitas nyeri post sectio caesarea sebelum dan sesudah diberikan relaksasi genggam jari di RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 20 orang ibu post sectio caesarea di RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data diambil dengan penilaian intensitas nyeri ibu post sectio caesarea sebelum dan sesudah diberikan relaksasi genggam jari. Relaksasi genggam jari dilakukan selama 3 hari dengan waktu 15 menit dengan frekuensi pemberian terapi 1 kali/hari. Nilai mean intensitas nyeri post sectio caesarea di RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati menurun dari 5,10 mejadi 2,35 sesudah diberikan relaksasi genggam jari dan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji Paired T-test juga menunjukkan nilai p-value = 0,0000 < 0,05 yang berarti ada perbedaan intensitas nyeri post sectio caesarea sebelum dan sesudah diberikan relaksasi genggam jari di RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati Tahun 2023. Diharapkan ibu post sectio caesarea dapat lebih memanfaatkan metode nonfarmakologis salah satunya relaksasi genggam jari sebagai alternatif dalam mengatasi nyeri post sectio caesarea. Midwives have a major role in pain management through non-pharmacological approaches, one of which by finger hold relaxation technique. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the differences in pain intensity post sectio caesarean before and after given finger hold relaxation at RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati in 2023. This study used a pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The samples used 20 post setio caesarean mother at RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati who were selected by purposive sampling. Data were taken by assessing the pain intensity post sectio caesarean before and after given finger hold relaxation. Finger hold relaxation was carried out for 3 days with a time of 15 minutes with a frequency of giving therapy 1 time/day. The mean value of post sectio caesarea pain intensity at RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati decreased from 5.10 to 2.35 after being given finger hold relaxation and the results of hypothesis testing using the Paired T-test also showed a p-value = 0.0000 <0. 05 which means there is a difference in the intensity of post-sectio caesarea pain before and after being given finger hold relaxation at RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati in 2023. It is hoped that post sectio caesarea mothers can make more use of nonpharmacological methods, one of which is finger grip relaxation as an alternative in dealing with post sectio caesarea pain.
