Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “S” 21TH YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVID FROM 37 WEEK 2 DAYS OF PREGNANCY TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM ABSTRACT The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and The Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are two indicators that describe the level of public health. Midwife is one of health workers that related with maternity and who gave the comprehensive care to the pregnancy till postpartum. The case report purpose is to explain the implementation midwifery care for Mrs. “S” 21th years old from 37 week 2 days of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum. The writing of this report used interview method, general physical examination, observation and documentation from Maternal and Child Health (KIA) book and checking agenda. The result of the midwifery care proceeds physiologically. This could be identified during third trimester of the healthy pregnancy and experienced physiological issue by the mother. The well-being Fetal is indicated by a good rate of the heartbeat of the fetal and fetal movement felt active. The labor process took place at 39 weeks and 2 days of gestation and did not get complication. Postpartum conditions that included the process of involution ran smoothly, normal lochea expenditure, and there is no lactation issue. The Baby's condition of Mrs."S" from birth to 42 days was in healthy state. This Final Project Report is expected to provide an overview and information about the implementation of continuous midwifery care so that it can help to improve health program for mother and child. Keywords: Pregnancy, Labor, Postpartum, Baby ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “S” UMUR 21 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 37 MINGGU 2 HARI SAMPAI DENGAN 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) merupakan salah satu indikator yang menggambarkan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Bidan merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang berhubungan erat dengan perempuan dan bertugas memberikan asuhan secara komprehensif pada ibu dari kehamilan hingga masa nifas. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada Ibu “S” umur 21 Tahun dari umur kehamilan 37 minggu 2 hari sampai dengan 42 hari masa nifas. Penulisan laporan ini menggunakan metode wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik lengkap, pengamatan dan dokumentasi dari buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) dan buku periksa di dokter kandungan. Hasil asuhan kebidanan berlangsung secara fisiologis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kondisi kehamilan yang sehat dan keluhan yang dialami ibu dalam batas fisiologis. Kesejahteraan janin baik ditandai dengan denyut jantung janin baik dan gerak janin dirasakan aktif. Proses persalinan berlangsung saat umur kehamilan 39 minggu 2 hari dan tidak mengalami penyulit. Kondisi nifas yang meliputi proses involusi berjalan lancar, pengeluaran lochea normal, dan proses laktasi tidak terdapat masalah. Kondisi bayi Ibu “S” dari lahir sampai 42 hari dalam keadaan sehat. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran dan informasi tentang penerapan asuhan kebidanan berkesinambungan sehingga dapat membantu program kesehatan ibu dan anak.
