Abstract
Chronic energy deficiency is one of the state of malnutrition, where the situation of women of childbearing age suffers from chronic (chronic) food shortages that lead to health problems. Macro nutrients are the largest component of dietary arrangement and serve the supply of energy and essential nutrients. The purpose of this research is to know the description of macro nutrient consumption and CED status of women labor at The Royal Beach Seminyak Hotel. The type and design of this study included observational research with cross sectional approach. The number of research samples is the entire population of female workers totaling 66 people. The CED data is taken by measuring the Upper Arm Circumference (UAC), the level of energy consumption and the macro nutrient obtained by recall 2x24 hours. A total of 60 samples (91%) had not CED, and 6 samples (9%) had CED. The sample energy consumption level was deficit with the non-CED status as many as 11 samples (64.7%), the sample protein consumption level was deficit with the non-CED status as many as 6 samples (75.0%), the sample fat level with the non-CED as many as 6 samples (60.0%), and consumption the sample carbohydrate level with non-CED status as many as 20 samples (76.9%).
