Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE SATISFACTION LEVEL DENTAL AND MOUTH HEALTH ONE OF THE INDEPENDENT DENTISTS DENPASAR TIMUR DISTRIC YEAR 2023 ABSTRACT Patient satisfaction is one of the goals of improving the quality of health services. Satisfaction is a comparison between the perception of the service received with expectations before getting the treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with dental and oral health services as an independent dentist practice in the Denpasar Timur area in 2023. This type of research is descriptive using a survey method. Respondents of this study amounted to 30 people. The results of the research on the tangibles dimension are the most satisfied category with a percentage of 63.4%, on the reliability dimension the most are the satisfied category with a percentage of 86.7%, on the responsiveness dimension the most are the satisfied category with a percentage of 76.7%, on the assurance dimension the highest is the satisfied category with a percentage of 63.4%, and on the empathy dimension the most is the satisfied category with a percentage of 83.4%. The conclusion of this study is that the five dimensions of satisfaction are the results of the level of satisfaction with the satisfied category. Keywords : Satisfaction, Dental health service GAMBARAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP LAYANAN KESEHATAN GIGI DAN MULUT SALAH SATU PRAKTIK MANDIRI DOKTER GIGI DI WILAYAH DENPASAR TIMUR TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu tujuan dari peningkatan mutu layanan kesehatan. Kepuasan merupakan merupakan perbandingan antara persepsi terhadap pelayanan yang diterima dengan harapan sebelum mendapatkan perawatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut salah satu praktik mandiri dokter gigi di wilayah Denpasar Timur tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian pada dimensi tangibles yang paling banyak adalah kategori puas dengan persentase 63,4%, pada dimensi realibility yang paling banyak adalah kategori puas dengan persentase 86,7%, pada dimensi responsiveness yang paling banyak adalah kategori puas dengan persentase 76,7%, pada dimensi assurance yang paling banyak adalah kategori puas dengan persentase 63,4%, dan pada dimensi empathy yang paling banyak adalah kategori puas dengan persentase 83,4%. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa kelima dimensi kepuasan didapatkan hasil tingkat kepuasan dengan kategori puas. Kata kunci : Kepuasan, Layanan Kesehatan Gigi
