Abstract

THE MIDWIFERY CARE TOWARDS 34 YEARS OLD MOTHER “KM.W” G2P1001 FROM 33 WEEKS AND 2 DAYS GESTATIONAL AGE TO 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM PERIOD The case was taken at Puskesmas I Working Area, South Denpasar in 2018 ABSTRACT Effort to improve maternal and child health in Indonesia is to apply the standard of midwifery services throughout the life cycle of women. The care is given to Mother “KM.W” from 33 weeks and 2 days gestational age to 42 days postpartum period was done from May to June 2018. This report aims at finding out the result of midwifery care applied towards mother which will be given a care based on its standard. On the process, the author was expected to be able to overcome the problem encountered by mother. The development process of pregnancy occurred physiologically without any complications. The maternal delivery “KM.W” occurred on May 2nd, 2018 at the age of 39 Weeks and 2 days. The mother gave birth spontaneously and physiologically. The baby was born spontaneously behind the head with skin redness, cried immediately, moved actively, and the baby’s birth weight was 3300 grams. The result of a baby until 28 days to take place in the physiological. During the postpartum period of mother, the high change of uterine fundus, lactation, lochia change occurred physiologically without any complications. Based on the result of the midwifery care, it can be concluded that the status of mother and the baby physiologically but does according to standard. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “KM.W” UMUR 34 TAHUN G2P1001 DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 33 MINGGU 2 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Kasus ini diambil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan Tahun 2018 ABSTRAK Upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak di Indonesia adalah dengan menerapkan standar pelayanan kebidanan sepanjang siklus hidup perempuan. Asuhan yang diberikan pada Ibu “KM.W” selama masa kehamilan dari umur kehamilan 33 minggu 2 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas yang dilakukan dari bulan Mei 2018 sampai dengan Juni 2018. Penulisan laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu yang akan diberikan asuhan sesuai standar serta pada proses tersebut diharapkan penulis dapat mengatasi masalah yang di alami pada ibu. Proses perkembangan kehamilan berlangsung secara fisiologis tanpa ada komplikasi. Persalinan berlangsung pada tanggal 2 Mei 2018 pada umur kehamilan 39 Minggu 2 Hari, ibu melahirkan secara spontan dan dapat berlangsung secara fisiologis. Bayi lahir spontan belakang kepala, segera menangis, gerak aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat badan lahir 3300 gram. Hasil pemeriksaan bayi sampai 28 hari berlangsung secara fisiologis. Pada masa nifas ibu “KM.W”, untuk perubahan tinggi fundus uteri, laktasi, perubahan lokia berlangsung fisiologis tanpa mengalami komplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan yang diberikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa keadaan ibu dan bayi nya berlangsung secara fisiologis namun belum memenuhi standar.
