Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF EARLY DETECTION OF NON-COMMUNICABLE DISEASES IN ADULTS IN BANJAR TAMAN ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICEGRIYA JIMBARAN, KUTA SELATAN DISTRICT BADUNG REGENCY YEAR 2023 ABSTRACT Non-communicable diseases are known as chronic diseases but are not transmitted from one individual to another, including hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is a disease of metabolic constraints characterized by increased blood sugar due to decreased insulin secretion. In addition to diabetes mellitus, hypertension is a risk factor for damage to all large and small blood vessels which in turn will damage important organs such as the brain, heart and organs in the body. The purpose of this study was to find out how the description of early detection of non-communicable diseases in adults. This type of research is descriptive research with one variable. The population of this study was 124 people with a sample of 95 people taken by techniquenon probability sampling iepurposive sampling. The data collection instrument in this study used a sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure and a glucometer to measure blood sugar at any time. Results of the study 95 respondents obtained early detection of hypertension in adults at the Banjar Environmental Service of Taman Griya Jimbaran with the majority of mild hypertension as many as 63 people (66.3%), moderate hypertension as many as 24 people (25.3%) and early detection of diabetes mellitus in people adults in the Banjar Environmental Service of Taman Griya Jimbaran with the majority normal as many as 60 people (63.2%), high as many as 20 people (21.1%) and low as many as 15 people (15.8%). Severe hypertension as many as 8 people (8 ,4%). Keywords : hypertension, diabetes mellitus GAMBARAN DETEKSI DINI PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR PADA ORANG DEWASA DI BANJAR DINAS LINGKUNGAN TAMAN GRIYA JIMBARAN KECAMATAN KUTA SELATAN KABUPATEN BADUNG TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 merupakan penyakit kendala metabolik yang ditandai oleh peningkatan gula darah akibat penyusutan sekresi insulin. Selain diabetes mellitus, Hipertensi menjadi faktor risiko terhadap kerusakan seluruh pembuluh darah besar maupun kecil yang pada gilirannya akan merusak organ2 penting seperti otak, jantung, dan organ dalam tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Gambaran Deteksi Dini Penyakit Tidak Menular Pada Orang Dewasa. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 124 orang dengan sampel 95 orang diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling yakni purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan sphygmomanometer untuk mengukur tekanan darah dan glucometer untuk mengukur gula darah sewaktu. Hasil Penelitian 95 responden didapatkan deteksi dini hipertensi pada orang dewasa di Banjar dinas Lingkungan Taman Griya Jimbaran dengan mayoritas hipertensi ringan sebanyak 63 orang (66,3%), hipertensi sedang sebanyak 24 orang (25,3%) dan deteksi dini diabetes mellitus pada orang dewasa di Banjar dinas Lingkungan Taman Griya Jimbaran dengan mayoritas normal sebanyak 60 orang (63,2%), tinggi sebanyak 20 orang (21,1%) dan rendah sebanyak 15 orang (15,8%).hipertensi berat sebanyak 8 orang (8,4%).Saran diharapkan responden akan terus menekankan hidup sehat dan makan untuk memerangi hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus Kata Kunci : Hipertensi, Diabetes Melitus
