Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF CLEAN AND HEALTHY LIFE BEHAVIORS IN ARI COMMUNITIES IN BANJAR PANDE DESA SUMITA IN 2023 ABSTRACT Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is an acute infection that affects the upper and lower respiratory tract. This infection is caused by viruses, fungi and bacteria. ISPA attacks the host when the body's resistance (immunity) is weakened. The purpose of this study is to find out the practice and percentage of PHBS in the community with ISPA in banjar Pande in 2023. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results that have been obtained are in the good category, 30 respondents (100%) have understood the benefits of PHBS, 30 respondents (100%) have washed their hands before eating, after defecating and urinating, 30 respondents (100%) have understood that smoking can cause disease, meanwhile 26 respondents (86.6%) already understood that smoking in the house can cause children to get ARI and 20 respondents (66.7%) did not use mosquito coils around the house. From all the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the clean and healthy lifestyle of the people with ISPA in banjar Pande is categorized as good. The advice that the author can convey to the public is to be able to reduce the use of cigarettes, it is hoped that when working they can use PPE while working and try to replace fuel when cooking. GAMBARAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT PADA MASYARAKAT PENDERITA ISPA DI BANJAR PANDE DESA SUMITA TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) adalah infeksi akut yang mengenai organ saluran pernapasan atas dan bawah Infeksi ini disebabkan oleh virus, jamur dan bakteri ISPA menyerang inang ketika daya tahan tubuh (imunitas) melemah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui praktek dan persentase PHBS di lingkungan masyarakat penderita ISPA di banjar Pande tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskirptif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil yang telah didapatkan yaitu kategori baik sebesar 30 responden (100%) sudah memahami manfaat PHBS, terdapat 30 responden (100%) sudah mencuci tangan sebelum makan,sesudah buang air besar dan buang air kecil, terdapat 30 responden (100%) sudah memahami bahwa rokok dapat menyebabkan penyakit, sementara itu 26 responden (86,6%) sudah mengerti bahwa rokok di dalam rumah dapat menyebabkan anak terkena ISPA dan 20 reponden (66,7 %) tidak menggunakan obat nyamuk bakar disekitar rumah. Dari seluruh hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat masyarakat penderita ISPA di banjar Pande dikategorikan baik. Saran yang dapat penulis sampaikan kepada masyarakat harus bisa mengurangi penggunaan rokok, diharapkan pada saat bekerja bisa menggunakan APD saat bekerja serta mencoba untuk mengganti bahan bakar pada saat memasak.
