Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN NYERI AKUT DENGAN KOMPRES DINGIN COLD PACK PADA PASIEN FRAKTUR TERTUTUP DI IGD RSUD BALI MANDARA Kadek Dwi Damayanti. Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: dewikdamayanti24@gmail.com ABSTRAK Fraktur tertutup merupakan diskontinuitas tulang yang disebabkan oleh trauma dan non trauma. Pasien yang mengalami fraktur tertutup dapat mengalami berbagai masalah kesehatan salah satunya nyeri akut. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah akhir ners ini untuk mendeskripsikan asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut pada pasien dengan fraktur tertutup dengan kompres dingin cold pack di IGD RSUD Bali Mandara. Tahap pengkajian didapatkan pada pasien kelolaan I mengeluh nyeri dengan skala 6 (1- 10), dan pada pasien kelolaan II dengan skala nyeri 5 (1-10), pasien tampak gelisah dan meringis, terjadi peningkatan frekuensi nadi dan pasien tampak bersikap protektif terhadap lokasi nyeri, nyeri dirasakan seperti ditusuk-tusuk dan dirasakan terus menerus. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengkajian yang dilakukan, diagnosa keperawatan utama yang diangkat adalah nyeri akut. Rencana keperawatan meliputi tujuan dan kriteria hasil dengan luaran tingkat nyeri menurun, label intervensi utama keperawatan yaitu manajemen nyeri dan pemberian analgesik serta intervensi inovasi cold pack. Salah satu intervensi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi masalah keperawatan nyeri akut adalah pemberian kompres dingin cold pack. Hasil evaluasi setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan selama 1x2 jam menunjukkan bahwa kompres dingin cold pack efektif untuk mengatasi nyeri akut pada pasien dengan fraktur tertutup. Asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan fraktur tertutup yang mengalami nyeri akut perlu diperhatikan oleh setiap perawat untuk mencegah terjadinya masalah kesehatan yang lebih berat. Kata Kunci: Nyeri akut, Fraktur tertutup, Cold pack NURSING CARE OF ACUTE PAIN WITH COLD PACK COLD COMPRESSES IN CLOSED FRACTURED PATIENTS IN THE IGD OF HOSPITAL BALI MANDARA ABSTRACT Closed fractures are bone discontinuities caused by trauma and non-trauma. Patients with closed fractures can experience various health problems, one of which is acute pain. The purpose of this nurse's final scientific work is to describe acute pain nursing care in patients with closed fractures with cold packs in the emergency room of Bali Mandara Hospital. The assessment phase found that patients under management I complained of pain with a scale of 6 (1-10), and in patients under treatment II with a pain scale of 5 (1-10), the patient looked restless and grimaced, there was an increase in pulse frequency and the patient appeared to be protective of the location. pain, pain felt like being stabbed and felt continuously. Based on the results of the assessment carried out, the main nursing diagnosis raised was acute pain. The nursing plan includes goals and outcome criteria with the output of decreased pain levels, the main intervention labels for nursing, namely pain management and administration of analgesics as well as cold pack innovation interventions. One of the interventions given to address acute pain nursing problems is the provision of cold compresses. The results of the evaluation after nursing intervention for 1x2 hours showed that cold compresses were effective for treating acute pain in patients with closed fractures. Nursing care for patients with closed fractures who experience acute pain needs to be considered by every nurse to prevent more serious health problems from occurring.
