Abstract

MIDWIFEERY CARE FOR MOTHER “ED,” YEARS OLD, MULTIGRAVIDA, FROM 19 WEEKS 4 DAYS OF GESTATION UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM ABSTRAK Comprehensive midwifery care from pregnancy to the postpartum period is an effort to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. The purpose of this case study is to determine the outcomes provided to mother “ED” from 19 weeks 4 days of pregnancy until the postpartum period and to the newborn in a comprehensive and continuous manner. The case determination method involved interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Care was provided from October 2025 to March 2026. according to standards and complementary interventions such as pregnancy classes and prenatal yoga were applied. The mother delivered vaginally without complications, receiving mother-friendly care, relaxation techniques, and pain reduction through counterpressure involving her husband, with no perineal laceration occurring. The baby was born at 09:00 WITA, cried immediately, was actively moving, and had a reddish skin. and IMD was successfully performed. The baby's growth and development from birth to 42 days progressed normally, examinations of the neonatal reflexes and infant massage were performed. Overall, prenatal care met the standards, with laboratory tests conducted only in the second trimester, while care during labor, postpartum, and for the baby was already in accordance with standards. Midwifery care should be carried out comprehensively and continuously to monitor and detect risks during pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and for the baby. Keywords: pregnancy, labor, postpartum, baby ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “ED” UMUR 27 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMI N 19 MINGGU 4 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dari kehamilan sampai masa nifas merupakan upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil yang diberikan pada ibu “ ED” dari umur kehamilan 19 minggu 4 hari sampai nifas dan bayi baru lahir secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan. Metode penentuan kasus melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan oktober 2025 sampai Maret 2026. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu “ ED” berjalan fisiologis, diberikan asuhan sesuai standar dan menerapkan komplementer berupa kelas ibu hamil dan prenatas yoga. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi diberikan asuhan sayang ibu, teknik relaksasi dan mengurangi nyeri dengan melakukan counterpresure dengan melibatkan suami, tidak terjadi laserasi perineum. Bayi lahir puku 09.00 WITA segera menangis, gerak aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berhasil dilakukan IMD. Tumbuh kembang bayi dari lahir sampai 42 hari berjalan normal, dilakukan pemeriksaan SHK dan pijat bayi . secara keseluruhan asuhan kehamilan sesuai standar, hanya pemeriksaan laboratorium dilakukan di trimester II, sedangkan asuhan pada persalinan nifas dan bayi sudah sesuai standar . Asuhan kebidanan hendaknya dilakukan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan untuk memantau dan mendeteksi resiko pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
