Abstract

Proses intrapartum adalah proses lahirnya janin dan plasenta Hal ini terjadi akibat dari kontraksi uterus yang efektif dan terkoordinasi, sehingga menyebabkan perubahan serviks yang menimbulkan nyeri. Nyeri melahirkan yang tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat memicu respons fisiologis dan psikologis yang berlebihan, seperti peningkatan stres dan kelelahan, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan risiko terjadinya komplikasi selama proses persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan nyeri melahirkan dengan intervensi Counter Pressure Massage pada ibu intrapartum kala 1 fase aktif di praktik mandiri bidan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara dan pemeriksaan fisik pada ibu intrapartum. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 2 pasien yang diberi asuhan keperawatan pada 19 dan 22 Februari 2026. Hasil pengkajian menunjukan ibu mengeluh nyeri dibagian perut mulas menjalar ke pinggang, tampak meringis, mencari posisi meringankan nyeri. Diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan adalah nyeri melahirkan berhubungan dengan dilatasi serviks ditandai dengan ibu mengeluh nyeri perut mulas menjalar ke pinggang, ibu tampak meringis menahan nyeri, mencari posisi meringankan nyeri dan ketegangan otot meningkat. Rencana keperawatan yang dirumuskan adalah manajemen nyeri dan perawatan persalinan ditambah dengan inovasi pemberian Counter Pressure Massage . Implementasi pada pasien 1 Ny.MM 1x4 jam dan pasien 2 Ny.KM 1x3 jam hal ini sesuai dengan rencana keperawatan yang telah disusun sesuai dengan pedoman SDKI, SLKI,dan SIKI. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini kedua pasien merasa nyaman dan dapat beradaptasi dengan nyeri saat kontrasi pada masa intrapartum kala 1 fase aktif. Kata Kunci : Nyeri Melahirkan, Counter Pressure Massage , Intrapartum The intrapartum process is the birth of the fetus and placenta. This occurs due to effective and coordinated uterine contractions, causing cervical changes that cause pain. Labor pain that is not managed properly can trigger excessive physiological and psychological responses, such as increased stress and fatigue, potentially increasing the risk of complications during the labor process. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of labor pain nursing care with Counter Pressure Massage interventions for intrapartum mothers in the active phase of the first stage in the midwife's independent practice. Data collection techniques used were interviews and physical examinations of intrapartum mothers. The number of samples used was 2 patients who were given nursing care on February 19 and 22, 2026. The results of the assessment showed that the mother complained of abdominal pain that radiated to the back, appeared to grimace, and sought a position to relieve the pain. The established nursing diagnosis was labor pain associated with cervical dilation characterized by the mother complaining of abdominal pain that radiated to the back, the mother appeared to grimace, seeking a position to relieve the pain and increased muscle tension. The formulated nursing plan was pain management and labor care coupled with the innovation of providing Counter Pressure Massage. Implementation in patient 1 Mrs.MM 1x4 hours and patient 2 Mrs.KM 1x3 hours is in accordance with the nursing plan that has been prepared in accordance with the SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI guidelines. The conclusion of this study is that both patients felt comfortable and could adapt to pain during contractions during the active phase of the first stage of intrapartum.
