Abstract

Midwifery Care on Mrs. “F” 22 Years Old Primigravida from 17 Weeks Day Pregnancy until 42 Days Postpartum Case Take Placed on TPMB Anugrah Bunda-Leneng 2025 ABSTRACT Physiological changes that occur during pregnancy can have potentially pathological consequences if not detected early. Complications can be prevented through early detection and the implementation of standard midwifery care, which can reduce maternal and infant morbidity and mortality. Continuity of care for mother "F" combined with complementary care aims to obtain maximum service results, increase comfort and minimize complaints. The case determination methods used included interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Care was provided from April 2025 to October 2025. Mother "F"'s pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period progressed physiologically. Complementary care was implemented effectively. Eight antenatal care visits were performed during pregnancy. The standard of care provided was 10 T. The mother delivered vaginally without complications. The stage I lasted 3 hours and 40 minutes, from opening 7 to complete. Complementary care provided during stage I included oxytocin massage, a gym ball, and aromatherapy. Stage II lasted 35 minutes, stage III lasted 10 minutes, and monitoring of stage IV was within normal limits. The baby was born crying immediately, had active muscle tone, had reddish skin, and weighed 3,050 grams. The process of uterine involution, lochia discharge and lactation during the postpartum period occurs normally. The entire pregnancy process up to the postpartum period in mother "F" proceeded physiologically. It is very important to provide standard midwifery care as an effort to monitor and detect complications during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and the baby. Keywords: continuity of care, pregnancy, childbirth, post partum, infant ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “F” UMUR 22 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 17 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Dilaksanakan di TPMB Anugrah Bunda-Leneng Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Perubahan fisiologis yang terjadi selama kehamilan mempunyai dampak yang beresiko patologis apabila tidak dilakukan deteksi dini sejak awal kehamilan. Pencegahan komplikasi bisa dilakukan dengan deteksi dini dan menerapkan asuhan kebidanan yang sesuai standar sehingga mampu menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu serta bayi. Asuhan berkelanjutan atau Continuity of care ibu “F” dikombinasikan dengan asuhan komplementer bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil pelayanan yang lebih maksimal, meningkatkan rasa nyaman dan meminimalkan keluhan. Metode penentuan kasus yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan April 2025 sampai Oktober 2025. Perkembangan kehamilan, persalinan dan masa nifas ibu “F” berjalan fisiologis. Asuhan komplementer diterapkan dengan baik. ANC yang dilakukan selama kehamilan sebanyak 8 kali. Standar asuhan yang diberikan 10 T. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung selama 3 jam 40 menit dari pembukaan tujuh sampai lengkap. Asuhan komplementer yang diterapkan pada kala I yaitu pijat oksitosin, gymball dan aroma terapi. Kala II berlangsung selama 35 menit, kala III berlangsung selama 10 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3.050 gram. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Seluruh proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu “F” berjalan secara fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar sangat penting diberikan sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi..
