Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR PATIENT COPD INEFFECTIVE RESPIRATORY WITH INNOVATIONAL THERAPY BALLON BLOWING AT DAHLIA GARING WARD TABANAN HOSPITAL ABSTRACT COPD is a chronic disease of the lungs that includes the presence of emphysema, chronic bronchitis, and bronchial asthma with long-lasting disease and is characterized by airflow resistance. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care for ineffective breathing patterns in Mr. "B" who has COPD includes assessment and evaluation of nursing by giving the Ballon Blowing technique innovation therapy in the Dahlia Garing Ward, Tabanan Hospital. The study used a descriptive case study approach which was carried out from 22 to 24 March 2022. The results showed that the patient's assessment data complained of shortness of breath, prolonged expiratory phase, wheezing, use of accessory muscles to breathe, rapid breathing pattern, RR: 30x/minute SaO2 87%. The nursing diagnosis is an ineffective breathing pattern related to respiratory effort resistance. The nursing plan includes the goals and outcome criteria with the outcome of improved breathing patterns, nursing intervention labels for airway management and ventilation support. Nursing implementation provides innovative breathing exercise therapy with a modified Ballon Blowing technique. Nursing evaluations obtained after nursing care for 3x24 hours improved breathing patterns. The conclusion of this study is that giving the Ballon Blowing technique is able to overcome ineffective breathing patterns, it is hoped that innovative therapy by giving deep breathing techniques with modifications to the Ballon Blowing technique that is carried out routinely is more effective in overcoming the problem of ineffective breathing patterns. Keywords: Ineffective Breathing Patterns, Nursing Care, COPD, Blowing Ballon ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN POLA NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN PPOK DENGAN TERAPI INOVASI BALLON BLOWING DI RUANG DAHLIA GARING RSUD KABUPATEN TABANAN ABSTRAK PPOK adalah suatu keadaan penyakit kronis pada paru yang meliputi adanya emfisema, bronkitis kronis, dan asma bronkial dengan penyakit yang berlangsung lama dan ditandai dengan resistensi aliran udara. Tujuan karya ilmiah ini untuk mendeskripsikan asuhan keperawatan pola napas tidak efektif pada Tn. “B” yang mengalami PPOK meliputi pengkajian sampai evaluasi keperawatan dengan pemberian terapi inovasi teknik Ballon Blowing di Ruang Dahlia Garing RSUD Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan deskriptif pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 sampai 24 Maret 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data pengkajian pasien mengeluh sesak napas, tampak pemanjangan fase ekspirasi, ada wheezing, ada penggunaan otot bantu napas, pola napas cepat, RR: 30x/menit SaO2 87%. Diagnosis keperawatan yaitu pola napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan hambatan upaya napas. Rencana keperawatan meliputi tujuan dan kriteria hasil dengan luaran pola napas membaik, label intervensi keperawatan manajemen jalan napas dan dukungan ventilasi. Implementasi keperawatan memberikan terapi inovasi latihan pernapasan dengan modifikasi teknik Ballon Blowing. Evaluasi keperawatan yang didapat setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x24 jam pola napas membaik. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, pemberian teknik Ballon Blowing mampu mengatasi pola napas tidak efektif, diharapkan terapi inovasi pemberian teknik napas dalam dengan modifikasi teknik Ballon Blowing yang dilakukan secara rutin lebih efektif dalam mengatasi masalah pola napas tidak efektif.
