Abstract
Hemorrhagic stroke is the rupture of a blood vessel that blocks blood flow to the brain and damages it. The problem of cerebral perfusion risk is not effective in hemorrhagic stroke if not treated immediately will result in increased intracranial pressure. The purpose of this scientific work is to describe and analyze nursing care for the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion in hemorrhagic stroke patients, including nursing assessments to nursing evaluations by providing innovative interventions in the 30-degree head-up position in the ER Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. The results of this study obtained an assessment in both cases managed to experience hemorrhagic stroke so that there was a decrease in consciousness. With a nursing diagnosis the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion is evidenced by embolism. Nursing planning uses management interventions to increase intracranial pressure and monitoring intracranial pressure with the aim of increasing cerebral perfusion. The nursing implementation that has been carried out refers to nursing planning and applying innovation interventions in the head up position of 30 degrees. Nursing care for hemorrhagic stroke patients who are at risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion needs to be considered by every nurse to prevent more severe health problems.
