Abstract
The Overview Of Parents Knowledge Level About The Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI) In Children In The Working Area Public Health Center 4 Of South Denpasar In 2021 ABSTRACT The level of knowledge of parents about the Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI). This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of parents about the adverse event following immunization (AEFI) in children. The research was conducted in the working area public health center 4 of south denpasar in February-April 2021. The number of samples is 54 respondents with sampling method probability sampling technique that is simple random sampling. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of knowledge of respondents showed that the majority of respondents have good knowledge about the adverse event following immunization, namely as many 31 people (57.4%), respondents who have sufficient knowledge as many 14 people (25.9) and who have less knowledge that is 9 people (16.7%). Based on this, parents are expected to apply their knowledge in conducting appropriate treatment if AEFI arises in children post immunization. Keywords : Knowledge level of parents, AEFI
