Abstract
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) stage V is a kidney disease characterized by a decrease in GFR < 15mL/minute/1.73 m2 so that the kidneys cannot work properly. Patients with stage V CKD are indicated for hemodialysis. Complications of hemodialysis that commonly occur in patients are intradialysis cramps. The purpose of writing this KIAN is to apply an analysis of nursing care for acute pain in CKD Stage V patients during intradialysis in the Hemodialysis Room of the Sanjiwani Hospital, Gianyar in 2021. In the assessment stage, the data obtained from patients complaining of pain, anxiety, restlessness, protective frequency, increased pulse rate and changing breathing patterns. fast. Based on the assessment, the 1000 diagnoses raised were acute pain. One of the interventions given to overcome the problem of acute 1000 diagnoses is massage therapy. The evaluation results show that massage therapy is effective in overcoming pain in CKD Stage V patients who experience intradialysis cramps. Care of acute pain in patients with CKD stage V during intradialysis needs to be considered by every nurse to prevent more serious health problems. Keywords: Acute pain, CKD, intradialysis massage.
