Abstract
Corona Virus Disease 2019 is a respiratory tract infection caused by SARS CoV 2019. The priority nursing problem that arises in patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019 is ineffective airway cleaning. This study aims to determine the nursing care of airway cleansing is ineffective in Mr. A with Corona Virus Disease 2019 including data from nursing assessment until the results of nursing evaluation in the Isolation room of RSUP Sanglah in 2021. The results of the study found in the nursing study found patients complained of tightness, were unable to cough effectively, there was excessive sputum, the sound of additional breathing ronkhi and breathing frequency 28x / minute. The diagnosis of formulated nursing is ineffective airway cleaning associated with airway hypersecretion. Nursing planning refers to the guidelines of Indonesian Nursing External Standards (SLKI) with increased airway clean-up and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standard (SIKI) with the main interventions of airway management and effective cough training as well as interventions supporting chest physiotherapy. The implementation of nursing is carried out in accordance with the planned nursing plan for 3 x 24 hours. The evaluation of nursing shows that the goal of achieving the book is achieved by achieving all the externals that have been set. The administration of this prone position can be an intervention used to overcome airway cleansing in patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019.
