Abstract
Infant Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a baby who at birth weighed less than 2500 grams. LBW is due to two causes growth retardation and is caused by the lack of gestation, low birth weight may experience a variety of problems such as difficulty in breathing. In general, use the LBW care incubator,This study aims to describe nursing care LBW infants with the risk of aspiration in the hospital room Wangaya Perinatology in 2018. This type of research is descriptive research with case study design to at Lack of nursing observed two documents in depth using documentary study by observing the patient nursing documents.The results showed that there are similarities between the two patients who experienced a low birth weight baby risk of aspiration in documentation of nursing care in the room but had some differences with the theories used as a reference by researchers. This indicates that the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory referred by nurses in hospitals Perinatology room Wangaya and researchers.
