Abstract
ABSTRACT Tabanan regency residents have dental and mouth health problems of 25.7% who received treatment or medication 46.1%. Based on interviews that have been done with Puskesmas officer obtained data of dental polyclinic patient of Puskesmas Selemadeg 1 in year 2017 as many as 1224 people or 27,30% from Bajera Village 4,384 people. This illustrates a small percentage of people who use dental polyclinics at the Puskesmas. Behavior seeking treatment of dental disease certainly can not be separated from health services to improve public health status.The purpose of the research to know the Description Of Adult Community Behavior In Seeking Dental Treatment Disease In Bajera Village Selemadeg District Tabanan Regency In 2018. The research was conducted with a cross sectional and using a sample 97 peoples. The result showed the behavior of people who seek dental treatment to the hospital 0%, to the Puskesmas 17,5%, to dentist practice 28,9%, self treatment 35% and just ignore 18,6%. This situation can be concluded that the majority of respondents chose the treatment of dental disease by self-treatment and no one sought treatment for dental disease to the hospital.
