Abstract

Nutritional Status is influenced by the amount of intake of nutrients consumed. The purpose of knowing the level of consumption of macro nutrients and child nutrition status in elementary School 5 Bhuanagiri. That is an observational with Cross sectional design. Data collection is conducted with interviews using questionnaires and 24-hour recall form. While the general school overview data is obtained by noting on the book will the Kraton research location. Data analysis uses frequency distribution tables and cross tables which are then descriptively outlined. Products research results as much, 30% energy intake levels are less, 88, 23% with less protein intake levels, 71, 97% less fat intake rate and as much as 61, 77% less carbohydrate intake levels. Nutritional status obtained as much as 94, 1% nutrient status is good. The results of the relation between energy consumption and nutritional status are obtained by less energy intake, which is as many as 29 samples (85, 29%). Based on the results of the research rate of nutrient intake of macro nutrition and child nutrition status in elementary School 5 Bhuanagiri can be concluded that it facilitates large energy intake with a category of less than 85, 30%, and 14, 70% in good catagory energy intake. Make a large protein intake with a category less than 88, 23%, and 9, 37% have good protein intake makes it easy to large intake of fat with a catagory of less than 73, 53%, and each 2, 3% have more and less catagories and ease the large intake of carbohydrates with a catagory less than 61, 77%, and respectively 2, 3% have more and less catagori. Recommended to the nutrition officers of District Puskesmas Bebandem give the Smartfren nutrition about balanced nutrition and content of the plate especially in students with less nutrient intake of macro nutrients (energy, proteins, fats, carbohydrates and less nutritional status and less and more nutritional status and exercise activities regularly at least 3-5 times per week with a minimum duration of 30 minutes.
