Abstract

Bronkopneumonia termasuk jenis infeksi sekunder yang disebabkan oleh virus, bakteri, jamur dan benda asing yang masuk ke saluran pernapasan dan menimbulkan peradangan bronkus, alveolus, dan jaringan sekitarnya. Penyebab fisiologis meliputi: spasme jalan napas, hipersekresi jalan napas, benda asing dalam jalan napas, adanya jalan napas buatan, sekresi yang tertahan, hiperplasia dinding jalan napas, proses infeksi, respon alergi, dan efek agen farmakologis (misalnya anastesi). Sedangkan penyebab situasionalnya meliputi merokok pasif dan terpajan polutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Subjek yang digunakan yaitu dua subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Data ini diperoleh Repository Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan anak pada bronkopneumonia dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus pada pengkajian terdapat perbedaan dengan teori, diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, intervensi yang dibuat memiliki perbedaan dengan teori yang peneliti gunakan, implementasi yang dilakukan perawat sesuai dengan intervensinya, evaluasi yang digunakan perawat memiliki standar yang berbeda dengan teori yang peneliti gunakan. Kata kunci : Asuhan keperarawatan; Bersihan jalan napas; Bronkopneumonia. Bronchopneumonia is a type of secondary infection caused by viruses, bacteria, fungi and foreign bodies that enter the respiratory tract and cause inflammation of the bronchi, alveoli, and surrounding tissue. Physiological causes include: airway spasm, airway hypersecretion, foreign bodies in the airway, artificial airway, retained secretions, airway wall hyperplasia, infectious processes, allergic responses, and the effects of pharmacological agents (eg anesthetics). While the situational causes include passive smoking and exposure to pollutants. This research uses descriptive research with a case study design. The subjects used were two subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. This data was obtained by the Health Polytechnic Repository of the Ministry of Health Denpasar. The purpose of this study is to describe the nursing care of children in bronchopneumonia with an ineffective airway clearance which includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Based on the results of case studies in the assessment there are differences with the theory, nursing diagnoses that are made with an airway clearance are not effective, interventions made have differences with the theory that researchers use, the implementation of nurses in accordance with their interventions, evaluations used by nurses have different standards with theory that researchers use.
