Abstract

Demam thypoid ialah penyakit infeksi akut yang mengenai system retikuloendotelial, kelenjar limfe saluran cerna dan kandung empedu yang disebabkan oleh bakteri salmonella typhosa. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Anak Demam Thypoid di Ruang Kaswari RSUD Wangaya Tahun 2020. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, sampel penelitian diambil dari dua dokumen pasien pada rekam medik yang telah memenuhi kriteria insklusi. Hasil penelitian menemukan : pengkajian pada kedua dokumen subjek terdapat perbedaan tidak mengkategorikan pengkajian kedalam data mayor dan minor sesuai teori acuan. Diagnosa keperawatan yang ditegakkan yaitu hipertermia berhubungan dengan proses penyakit/ trauma, terinfeksi bakteri salmonella thyposa pada saluran pencernaan tanpa dilengkapi tanda dan gejala. Perencanaan dan implementasi keperawatan berbeda dengan teori acuan. Evaluasi keperawatan pada kedua dokumen subjek menggunakan SOAP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan pada pengkajian hingga evaluasi keperawatan dengan teori acuan. Diharapkan perawat di ruangan menggunakan teori acuan terbaru yaitu SDKI, SIKI, dan SLKI. Kata kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, Anak, Demam Thypoid, Hipertermia Typhoid fever is an acute infectious disease that affects the reticuloendothelial system, gastrointestinal lymph glands and gall bladder caused by salmonella typhosa bacteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in typhoid fever in Kaswari Wangaya Hospital in 2020. The design of this study was descriptive with a case study approach, the study sample was taken from two patient documents on medical records that had fulfilled the inclusion criteria. The results of the study found: the assessment of the two subject documents did not categorize the assessment into major and minor data according to the reference theory. Nursing diagnosis that is established is hyperthermia associated with the process of disease / trauma, infected with salmonella thyposa bacteria in the digestive tract without complete signs and symptoms. Nursing planning and implementation is different from reference theory. Nursing evaluation on both subject documents using SOAP. Based on the results of the study showed that there are differences in the assessment to evaluation of nursing with the reference theory. It is expected that nurses in the room will use the latest reference theory, namely SDKI, SIKI, and SLKI. Keywords: Nursing Care, Children, Typhoid Fever, Hyperthermia
