Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE WITH EARLY MOBILIZATION TO OVERCOME THE PHYSICAL MOBILITY DISORDERS IN WOMEN POST CESAREAN SECTION ABSTRACT Cesarean section deliveries from year to year enhancer. Caesarean section is an alternative to childbirth very useful to save the mother and the fetus in various medical indications. The impact of post cesarean section with impaired physical mobility of maternal post cesarean section is abnormal bleeding, disruption of uterine contractions, to prevent that it is necessary to do early mobilization. The purpose of this study was to describe nursing care with early mobilization to overcome the physical mobility impaired maternal post cesarean section. The method used is descriptive research with case study design. The samples used were 2 patients post cesarean section. The instrument used is the postpartum nursing care guidelines and guidelines for early mobilization. The results include assessments obtained in two patients experienced pain and reluctant to perform the movement. Nursing diagnoses do not lifted in the obstetrics, but using obstetric diagnoses. Planning post cesarean section is done there are some differences with the theory. Implementation granted has been performed in accordance with the planning and early mobilization procedures. Evaluation is based on SOAP. This research is expected to be used as a good guideline for the nursing field Wangaya hospitals, health care workers, as well as further research.
