Abstract
Bronchiolitis is an obstructive lung disease that happened to baby and children. It commonly caused by RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) infection. Ineffective clearance of airway means inability to clean up secretions or airway obstruction to keep the airway constantly. The purpose of this study was to figure out the description of nursing care of the bronchiolitis children with ineffective clearance of airway. Descriptive method are use with design of study case, at least two documents observed in Abimanyu Ward Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital. The tool used to collect the data is form check list observation sheet about nursing care which filled by the researcher. It consist with two options (yes / no). the results of this study show differences in case study results with theoretical reference that lies in the evaluation of nursing. The researcher expected medical personnel to spend time on maximum nursing care and complete the document on the patient’s medical record.
