Abstract

HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN DIET GLUTEN FREE CASEIN FREE DENGAN PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK DAN STATUS GIZI ANAK AUTIS DI PUSAT LAYANAN AUTIS KOTA DENPASAR ABSTRAK Autis merupakan suatu gangguan perkembangan yang sangat kompleks pada anak, mulai tampak sebelum usia 3 tahun. Terapi pada anak autis yang dapat dilakukandari dalam tubuh yaitu salah satunya dengan pengaturan makanan seperti diet gluten free casein free. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan diet gluten free casein free dengan perkembangan motorik dan status gizi anak autis di Pusat Layanan Autis Kota Denpasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non random sampling/ non probability sampling dengan cara consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring/online. Data diolah dengan analisis statisik uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian lebih sampel (65.0%) berusia 7-9 tahun dengan rata-rata umur 8 tahun, sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki (95.0%), sebagian lebih responden (65.0%) tidak menerapkan diet gluten free casein free, sebagian lebih sampel (60.0%) memiliki perkembangan motorik yang baik, sebanyak (65.0%) memiliki status gizi normal dan sebanyak (25.0%) dengan status gizi gemuk/obesitas. Dari hasil analisis chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan penerapan diet gluten free casein free dengan perkembangan motorik (p=0.037) dan tidak ada hubungan antara penerapan diet gluten free casein free dengan status gizi anak autis (p=0.837). THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE APPLICATION OF THE GLUTEN FREE CASEIN FREE DIET WITH MOTOR DEVELOPMENT AND NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM IN THE AUTISTIC SERVICE CENTER IN DENPASAR ABSTRACT Autism is a very complex developmental disorder in children, starting to appear before the age of 3 years. Therapy in children with autism that can be done from within the body is one of them by regulating foods such as the gluten free casein free diet. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the implementation of the gluten free casein free diet with motor development and the nutritional status of children with autism in the Denpasar City Autism Service Center. This type of research is observational research with a cross-sectional design. The research sample of 20 people with a sampling technique that is non random sampling/non probability sampling by consecutive sampling. Data collection is done online. Data was processed by static analysis of chi-square test. The results showed that more samples (65.0%) were 7-9 years old with an average age of 8 years, most were male (95.0%), some more respondents (65.0%) did not implement the gluten free casein free diet, some more samples (60.0%) had good motor development, as many (65.0%) had normal nutritional status and as many as (25.0%) with nutritional status were overweight/obese. From the results of the chi-square analysis showed a relationship between the application of the gluten free casein free diet with motor development (p = 0.037) and there was no relationship between the application of the gluten free casein free diet with the nutritional status of children with autism (p = 0.837).
