Abstract

KEADAAN SANITASI KANTIN SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI 2 BATURITI KABUPATEN TABANAN TAHUN 2018 Abstrak Undang-undang No.72 tahun 2012 tentang system kesehatan Nasional Kesehatan adalah keadaan sehat baik secara fisik , mental ,sepritual maupun social yang memungkinkan setiap orang untuk hidup produktip secara social dan ekonomis. Upaya pengamanan makanan dan minuman akan lebih ditingkatkan untuk mendukung peningkatan dan pemantapan upaya kesehatan secara berhasil guna dan berdaya guna. Semua itu merupakan upaya untuk melindungi masyarakat dari makanan dan minuman yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan mutu (Depkes RI, 2009). Jika kita bicara kesehatan lingkungan sekolah, maka kantin menjadi salah satu ruang lingkup penting hygiene dan sanitasi sekolahpada umumnya KLB disebabkan kontaminasi bakteri pathogen sehingga pemberdayaan dan pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan makanan jajanan yang di jual di kantin sekolah sangatPentingTujuan PenelitianadalahMengetahui Gambaran Kebersihan Diri Penjaga ,Sanitasi Peralatan, Sarana air bersih dan cara penyajian makan di Kantin SMP N 2 Baturiti dengan menggunakan 5 Kuiesener.Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan suatu fenomena yang terjadi di dalam masyarakat dengan menggunakan kuisioner Hasil Penelitian bahwa Berdasarkan hasil yang sudah didapatkan dari 5 kantin sanitasi kantin sekolah SMP N 2 Baturiti dengan 27 poin yang setelah di bandingkan dengan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1429/Menkes/SK/XII/2006 Sehingga dapat dikatagorikan memenuhi persyaratan. All of it is an effort to protect the public from food and drinks which do not meet the requirements of health quality (RI, 2009If we're talking school environmental health, then the cafeteria became one of the important scope of hygiene and sanitation in general school OUTBREAK of bacterial contamination due to pathogen so empowerment and supervision in the implementation of the management the hawker food sold in the school cafeteria the very important goal of Research is to know the image of Self Hygiene Guard, sanitation equipment, water supply and how to eat in the cafeteria serving JUNIOR Baturiti using N 2 with 5 Kuiesener.his research method is the type of descriptive study conducted to describe or illustrate a phenomenon that happens in the community by using a detailed questionnaire based on the results of research that the Results already obtained from the cafeteria the school canteen sanitation 5 SMP N 2 Baturiti with 27 points after compared with the decision of the Minister of health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1429/Menkes/SK/XII/2006 so it can be found eligible.
