Abstract
REVIEW OF BACTERIOLOGICAL QUALITY AND POLLUTION RISK FACTORS ”TAMAN SARI” WATER SPRINGS Studies Conducted at Banjar Sidembunut, Cempaga Village, Bangli Subdistricts, Bangli Regency, In 2018 ABSTRACT Water is a major means to improve public health. Springs are the source of water that appears it self to the surface from the ground. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical quality, bacteriological and risk factor of pollutant ”Taman Sari” water. The type of research used is descriptif cross sectioonal. The result of physical quality water is colorless, tasteless, odorless and temperature 25˚C. Bacteriological quality in the first week to E.Coli 0/100 ml and Coliform 21/100 ml, afternoon to E.Coli 0/100 ml and Coliform 0/100 ml. The second week, in the morning to E.Coli 0/100 ml and Coliform 2.400/100 ml, afternoon to E.Coli 0/100 ml and Coliform 2.400/100 ml. ”Taman Sari” water is a risky category for contaminants with 7 items based on the observation sheet provided by the author. It can be concluded ”Taman Sari” water quality for physical quality and not qualified for bacteriological quality according to Permenkes Nomor 492/menkes/Per/IV/2010 about drink water quality requirements. People are encouraged to cook water first before drinking, alays keep the springs clean, make decent water protection and for Puskesmas officers North Bangli to improve supervision.
