Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE OF SOCIALIZATION ACTIVITY GROUP THERAPY SESSION 3 : ABILITY TO SPEAK FOR OVERCOME SOCIAL ISOLATION BEHAVIOR ON SKIZOFRENIA PATIENTS YEAR 2019 This Case Study is Done At UPTD RSJ in Bali Province ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a destructive psychotic disorder involving disorders of thought, perception, speech, emotion and behavior, a nursing problem that can be experienced by patients with schizophrenia, one of which is social isolation. Social isolation is a condition in which individuals have a decline or are not able to interact with others. The purpose of this research is to know the study of nursing care for the activities of the socialization group activity of Session 3 conversation ability to overcome social isolation in schizophrenia patients in UPTD RSJ province of Bali. Types of descriptive research with draft case studies. Results of studies conducted through observation, documentation and interviews on nurses to five subjects were found signs and symptoms of social isolation and formulated a nursing diagnosis of social isolation. Nursing plan in social isolation patients is given activity therapy Group 3 session socialization. The implementation of the five subjects was carried out in accordance with the planned intervention of the activity therapy of Session socialization Group 3. The results of the evaluation in the event of a group activity therapy socialization session 3 can overcome social isolation in schizophrenia patients. The conclusions that are found based on the research done are the suitability between the findings of the researchers, the findings of other researchers and the existing theory from the assessment until the evaluation. GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PEMBERIAN TAK SOSIALISASI SESI 3 : KEMAMPUAN BERCAKAP-CAKAP UNTUK MENGATASI ISOLASI SOSIAL PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA TAHUN 2019 Studi Kasus Dilakukan di UPTD RSJ Provinsi Bali ABSTRAK Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan psikotik yang bersifat merusak yang melibatkan gangguan pikir, persepsi, pembicaraan, emosi dan perilaku, Masalah Keperawatan yang bisa dialami oleh subyek dengan skizofrenia yaitu salah satunya adalah Isolasi Sosial. Isolasi sosial merupakan suatu keadaan dimana individu mengalami penurunan atau sama sekali tidak mampu berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pemberian Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Sosialisasi Sesi 3 Kemampuan Bercakap-cakap Untuk Mengatasi Isolasi Sosial Pada Pasien Skizofrenia Di UPTD RSJ Provinsi Bali. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara pada perawat terhadap lima subyek ditemukan tanda dan gejala isolasi sosial dan dirumuskan diagnosa keperawatan yaitu isolasi sosial. Rencana keperawatan pada Pasien isolasi sosial yaitu diberikan terapi aktivitas kelompok sosialisasi sesi 3. Implementasi yang diberikan pada kelima subyek dilakukan sesuai dengan intervensi yang telah direncanakan yaitu pemberian terapi aktivitas kelompok sosialisasi sesi 3. Evaluasi yang di dapatkan menunjukkan Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Sosialisasi Sesi 3 dapat mengatasi isolasi sosial pada pasien skizofrenia. Kesimpulan yang di dapatkan berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu terdapat kesesuaian antara temuan peneliti, temuan peneliti lain dan teori yang ada dari pengkajian sampai evaluasi Kata Kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Sosialisasi: Sesi 3, Isolasi Sosial.
