Abstract

Mental disorders are one of four major health problems, both in developed and developing countries.The risk of violent behaviour is an act whereby a person has a history of violent behaviour that can harm oneself, others or the environment. Based on the research conducted shows that TAK stimulation of perception Session 1: Controlling behavior of physical violence can address the risk of violent behavior in schizophrenia patients in UPTD RSJ Dinkes province of Bali. The purpose of this research is to know the introduction of nursing care for TAK stimulation perception Session 1: Controlling behavior of physical violence patients schizophrenia year 2019.This type of research is descriptive, with draft case studies. Results of the assessment conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation on the nurse against five subjects found a symptom of the risk of violent behavior and formulated a nursing diagnosis is the risk of violent behaviour.Nursing plan in a patient with violent behavior is a patient may be given a group activity therapy stimulation Session Perception 1 control physically violent behavior.The implementation given on the fifth subject by the nurse is carried out in accordance with the planned intervention of giving activity therapy of the group's stimulation perception session 1 controlling behavior physically violent. Other results and theories are present from the assessment until evaluation. Gangguan jiwa merupakan salah satu dari empat masalah kesehatan utama, baik di negara maju maupun negara berkembang.Risiko perilaku kekerasan adalah suatu tindakan dimana seseorang memiliki riwayat perilaku kekerasan yang dapat membahayakan diri sendiri, orang lain maupun lingkungan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa TAK Stimulasi Persepsi Sesi 1 : Mengendalikan Perilaku Kekerasan Secara Fisik dapat Mengatasi Risiko Perilaku Kekerasan Pasien Skizofrenia di UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pemberian TAK Stimulasi Persepsi Sesi 1 : Mengendalikan Perilaku Kekerasan Secara Fisik Pasien Skizofrenia Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Hasil pengkajian yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada perawat terhadap lima subyek ditemukan tanda gejala Risiko Perilaku Kekerasan dan dirumuskan diagnosa keperawatan yaitu Risiko Perilaku Kekerasan. Rencana keperawatan pada pasien Perilaku Kekerasan yaitu pasien dapat diberikan terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi sesi 1 mengendalikan perilaku kekerasan secara fisik. Implementasi yang diberikan pada kelima subyek oleh perawat dilakukan sesuai dengan intervensi yang telah direncanakan yaitu pemberian terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi sesi 1 mengendalikan perilaku kekerasan secara fisik. Hasil lain dan teori yang ada dari pengkajian sampai evaluasi.
