Abstract

Hipertensi adalah suatu kondisi tekanan darah melebihi angka normal masalah yang umumnya muncul adalah ansietas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan proses asuhan keperawatan dari pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi keperawatan di Puskesmas I Denpasar Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap empat subjek penelitian yang diamati mendalam menggunakan teknik observasi, dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian pada pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi didapatkan sesuai dengan teori, implementasi dilakukan dengan konsisten, pada evaluasi masalah teratasi dan tujuan tercapai. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan antara subjek satu dengan yang lainnya yang mempunyai tekanan darah tinggi mengalami ansietas. Hal ini diharapkan menjadi bahan informasi bagi pihak pelayanan kesehatan baik rumah sakit maupun puskesmas dalam memberikan informasi terhadap penderita tekanan darah tinggi dengan pemberian terapi masase. Kata kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, Ansietas, Hipertensi Hypertension is a condition where blood pressure exceeds the normal number, the problem that commonly arises is anxiety. The purpose of this study was to describe the nursing care process from the assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing at East Denpasar Health Center I. This study uses descriptive research methods with a case study design of four research subjects that were observed in depth using observation techniques, and documentation. The data collection tool used is the observation sheet. The results of the study on the assessment, diagnosis, intervention were obtained in accordance with the theory, the implementation was carried out consistently, the evaluation of the problem was resolved and the goal was achieved. Based on this study shows that there are similarities between subjects with one another who have high blood pressure experiencing anxiety. This is expected to be an information material for health services both hospitals and health centers in providing information to patients with high blood pressure by giving massage therapy.
