Abstract

Angka kejadian hipertensi akan terus meningkat tajam diprediksi tahun 2025 sebanyak 29% . Tahun 2013 di Indonesia umur ≥ 18 tahun adalah 25,8%, di Bali tahun 2016 sebanyak 89, 394 kunjungan. Penderita hipertensi dengan umur ≥ 18 tahun tahun 2016 yaitu 54,944 penderita. Kabupaten Gianyar menempati posisi ke 3 jumlah penderita hipertensi 5,867 di tahun 2016. UPT kesmas sukawati 1 penderita hipertensi sebanyak 2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah dua klien yang berbeda dengan kasus yang sama di Wilayah Kerja UPT Kesmas Sukawati 1 Gianyar. Asuhan keperawatan klien hipertensi dengan gangguan pola tidur mulai dari pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Pada pengkajian kedua klien mengatakan tidak bisa tidur nyenyak dan sering terbangun pada malam hari. Diagnosa Gangguan Pola Tidur. Intervensi dilakukan sesuai dengan teori, implementasi yang diberikan sesuai dengan intervensi. Evaluasi dilakukan secara sukjektif dan objektif dan masalah teratasi. Setelah lima hari diberikan asuhan keperawatan terjadi peningkatan kondisi klien. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu gangguan pola tidur klien 1 dan klien 2 teratasi. Saran yang diharapkan yaitu klien selalu menjaga kesehatan dan rajin kontrol ke fasilitas kesehatan. The subjects used in this case study were two different clients with the same case at the Regional Public Health Unit I Sukawati, Gianyar. Nursing care for hypertensive clients with impaired sleep patterns ranging from assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. In the assessment of the two clients said they could not sleep well and often woke up at night. Diagnose Sleep Disorders. Interventions are carried out in accordance with the theory, the implementation given in accordance with the intervention. Evaluation is carried out in an objective and objective manner and the problem is resolved. After three days of visits and given nursing care an increase in the client's condition. The results obtained are the disturbance of client 1 and client 2 sleep patterns resolved. Expected advice is that clients always maintain health and diligently control health care facilities.
