Abstract

Gangguan pertukaran gas merupakan kelebihan atau kekurangan oksigenasi dan atau eleminasi karbondioksida pada membrane alveolus kapiler.Tujuan dari penelitian iniuntuk memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada anak pneumonia dengan gangguan pertukaran gas di Ruang Cilinaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi,dokumentasi, kemudian membandingkan hasil pengamatan dokumen pasien dengan teori acuan peneliti. Format asuhan keperawatan digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Hasil Pengkajian objektif kedua subjek pada Penelitian iniditemukan suhu tubuh pasien dan jumlah pernafasan pasien diatas rentang normal. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan pada dokumen pertama dan kedua yaitu bersihan jakan nafas tidak efektif. Implementasi yang didokumentasikan pada dokumen pertama dan kedua menggunakan lembar ceklist rumah sakit. Evaluasi kedua dokumen pasien yang diteliti terdapat persamaan evaluasi yang didokumentasikanperawat dengan acuan teori pada penulisan data objektif dan planning.Hal ini menunjukkan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dipengaruhi teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh perawat dan peneliti. Kata kunci : Asuhan , Pneumonia, Gangguan Pertukaran Gas. gas exchange disorders are excess or lack of rice oxygen and / or elimination of carbon dioxide in capillary alvexic membranes. this study aims to obtain an overview of nursing care for pneumonia children with disruption of gas exchange in the cilinaya space. This study uses a type of descriptive research, data collection techniques using interview guidelines, observation, documentation, then compare the results of observations of patient documents with the theory of reference researchers. the nursing care format is used as a data collection tool. the results of the objective assessment of the two subjects in this study found the patient's body temperature and the amount of respiration of the patient above the normal range. nursing diagnoses formulated in the first and second documents, namely ineffective airway cleaning. the implementation documented in the first and second documents using the hospital checklist. evaluation of the two patients studied there were similarities documented by nurses with theoretical references to objective sata writing and planning. This shows that documentation of nursing care is influenced by theory which is used as a reference by nurses and researchers . Key word : nursing care, pneumonia, gas exchange disorders
