Abstract
NURSING CARE FOR Mrs. S WITH ANXIETY DUETO CERVICAL CANCER STAGE III B IN THE INPATIENT CHEMOTHERAPY WARD AT RSUD BALI MANDARA YEAR 2026 ABSTRAK Anxiety is a psychological problem commonly experienced by cervical cancer patients, especially during chemotherapy treatment. This condition is influenced by concerns about the disease, side effects of treatment, and uncertainty regarding the healing process. This scientific paper aims to determine the implementation of nursing care for Mrs. S with anxiety problems due to stage III B cervical cancer in the chemotherapy inpatient ward at Bali Mandara Hospital in 2026. The method used was a case study with a nursing process approach including assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The assessment results showed that the patient experienced anxiety, fear, difficulty sleeping, and negative thoughts related to her illness. Objective data showed that the patient appeared restless, tense, and had difficulty concentrating. The nursing diagnosis established was anxiety related to situational crisis due to chronic illness. Nursing interventions provided included anxiety reduction, emotional support, health education, and deep breathing relaxation techniques. The evaluation results showed a decrease in anxiety levels, indicated by the patient appearing calmer, more relaxed, able to control anxiety, and having improved rest quality. Therefore, appropriate nursing care can help reduce anxiety in cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Keywords: Cervical Cancer, Anxiety, Nursing Care, Chemotherapy. S DENGAN ANSIETAS KIBAT KANKER SERVIKS STADIUM III B DI RUANG RAWAT INAP KEMOTERAPI RSUD BALI MANDARA TAHUN 2026 ABSTRAK Ansietas merupakan masalah psikologis yang sering dialami pasien kanker serviks, terutama selama menjalani kemoterapi. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh kekhawatiran terhadap penyakit, efek samping pengobatan, serta ketidakpastian proses penyembuhan. Karya tulis ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. S dengan masalah ansietas akibat kanker serviks stadium III B di ruang rawat inap kemoterapi RSUD Bali Mandara tahun 2026. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan pasien mengalami rasa cemas, takut, sulit tidur, dan pikiran negatif terkait kondisi penyakit yang dialami. Data objektif menunjukkan pasien tampak gelisah, tegang, dan sulit berkonsentrasi. Diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan yaitu ansietas berhubungan dengan krisis situasional akibat penyakit kronis. Intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan meliputi reduksi ansietas, pemberian dukungan emosional, edukasi kesehatan, serta teknik relaksasi napas dalam. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat ansietas, ditandai pasien tampak lebih tenang, rileks, mampu mengontrol kecemasan, serta kualitas istirahat pasien membaik. Dengan demikian, asuhan keperawatan yang tepat dapat membantu menurunkan ansietas pada pasien kanker serviks yang menjalani kemoterapi. Kata kunci: Kanker Serviks, Ansietas , Kemoterapi
