Abstract

Midwifery Care on Mrs. “L.TS” 31 Years Old Multigravida from 15 Weeks Pregnancy until 42 Days Postpartum Case Took Place at TPMB Ni Made Rahayu Dwipayanti in 2025 ABSTRACT Midwives in practice were not only provided clinical services but also become trusted companions, putting women as central of attention in every care process (women centre care) and having the authority to provide continuous physiological care as a promotional and preventive effort to improve the degree of mother and child health. This case study aimed to find out the results of midwifery care for "L.TS" mother in the age of 31, from the second trimester of pregnancy to the 42nd day of postpartum period. Data collection was carried out through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation studies. Foster care was given at PrivateMidwife Practice "Md.RD" during March to October 2025. The mother's pregnancy proceeded physiologically with the implementation of the twelve care standard. Care was carried out independently and collaboratively with the local health centre equipped with complementary care based on local culture. The delivery occured vaginally without complications with stage I took 6 hours, stage II took 20 minutes, and stage III took 5 minutes. The baby was born at 04.30 am, crying loudly, physically active, with birth weight 3700 grams. The postpartum period ran normally with the process of involution, lactation, and psychological adaptation either after being given oxytocin massage. Newborn care was in accordance with essential neonatal services. Providing care according to the standard in PrivateMidwife Practice was important as an effort to monitor and detect complications and complications of pregnancy process, delivery, postpartum, and newborn. Keywords: continuity of care, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn. v ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “L.TS” UMUR 31 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 15 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Dilaksanakan di TPMB Ni Made Rahayu Dwipayanti Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Bidan dalam praktiknya tidak saja memberikan pelayanan klinis tapi menjadi pendamping terpercaya, menempatkan perempuan sebagai pusat perhatian dalam setiap proses asuhan (women centre care) dan memiliki kewenangan dalam memberikan asuhan fisiologis berkelanjutan (Continuity of Care) sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu dan anak. Studi kasus ini bertujuan mengetahui hasil asuhan kebidanan pada Ibu “L.TS” usia 31 tahun, dari kehamilan trimester II hingga masa nifas 42 hari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan di TPMB “Md.RD” selama bulan MaretOktober 2025. Kehamilan ibu berlangsung fisiologis dengan penerapan standar asuhan 12T. Asuhan dilakukan secara mandiri dan kolaboratif dengan Puskesmas setempat dilengkapi dengan asuhan komplementer berbasis budaya lokal. Persalinan terjadi secara pervaginam tanpa komplikasi dengan kala I berlangsung 6 jam, kala II berlangsung 20 menit, dan kala III barlangsung 5 menit. Bayi lahir pukul 04.30 WITA, menangis kuat, aktif,berat lahir 3700 gram. Masa nifas berjalan normal dengan proses involusi, laktasi, dan adaptasi psikologis baik setelah diberikan pijat oksitosin. Asuhan bayi sesuai dengan pelayanan neonatal esensial. Pemberian asuhan berkesinambungan sesuai standar di TPMB merupakan upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi baru lahir.
