Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. “DR”, 26 YEARS OLD, MULTIGRAVIDA FROM 17 WEEKS 2 DAYS OF GESTATION UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM ABSTRACT The continuity of care approach has proven effective in improving the quality of midwifery services through comprehensive and continuous care from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, to neonatal care. Pregnancy is generally a physiological process, although 10–15% may develop into pathological conditions. This study aims to evaluate the outcomes of midwifery care provided to mother “DR” from 17 weeks and 2 days of gestation through the postpartum and neonatal period. Throughout this period, the pregnancy progressed physiologically without complications. The mother underwent antenatal visits following the 12-T examination standard. Complaints during the second trimester were managed with prenatal gentle yoga and warm compresses. Labor occurred spontaneously, supported by endorphin massage to relieve pain. During the postpartum period, the mother was in a normal condition and received guidance on kegel exercises, oxytocin massage, self-care, and an IUD was inserted on the 42nd day postpartum. Neonatal care included the application of the asah, asih, asuh principles: asah through education, asih through empathetic communication, and asuh through safe and comprehensive care. The implementation of these principles, supported by evidence-based interventions, has been shown to improve the quality of care for both mother and baby. It is hoped that the mother will continue to apply the care that has been provided. Keywords: Continuity of Care, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Labor, Newborn. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “DR” UMUR 26 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 17 MINGGU 2 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Pendekatan yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kebidanan adalah asuhan continuity of care, yaitu pemberian asuhan secara menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, hingga masa nifas. Kehamilan umumnya merupakan proses fisiologis, tetapi dapat berubah menjadi patologis dalam 10–15% kasus. Asuhan berkelanjutan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada Ibu “DR” sejak usia kehamilan 17 minggu 2 hari hingga masa nifas dan perawatan neonatus. Selama periode tersebut, kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis tanpa komplikasi. Ibu menjalani kunjungan antenatal yang mencakup pemeriksaan 12 T. Keluhan yang dialami pada trimester II ditangani dengan asuhan komplementer prenatal gentle yoga dan kompres hangat. Proses persalinan berjalan normal dan didukung dengan massage endhorpin untuk mengurangi nyeri. Masa nifas menunjukkan kondisi dalam batas normal, dan ibu mendapatkan senam kegel, pijat oksitosin, perawatan diri, serta metode kontrasepsi IUD pada 42 hari pasca salin. Asuhan neonatus meliputi asah, asih,asuh. Asah diberikan dengan edukasi, asih melalui komunikasi empatik, dan asuh melalui pemberian pelayanan yang aman dan menyeluruh. Penerapan prinsip ini, didukung intervensi berbasis bukti, terbukti meningkatkan mutu asuhan ibu dan bayi. Kedepannya diharapkan ibu dapat menerapkan asuhan yang sudah diberikan.
