Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. “PU” 28 YEARS OLD MULTYGRAVIDA FROM 18 WEEKS OF GESTATION TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM The case study was conducted at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the West Selemadeg Community Health Center. ABSTRACT Comprehensive midwifery care is a service provided continuously from pregnancy, childbirth, to the postpartum period to ensure the health of the mother and baby. This case study aims to provide midwifery care to a 28-year-old multigravida mother, PU, from 18 weeks of gestation to 42 days of postpartum. The method used is a case study with a midwifery management approach that includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Care is provided continuously through antenatal visits, delivery assistance, and postpartum monitoring. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation. The results of care indicate that during pregnancy the mother in physiological condition has received complementary care in the form of prenatal yoga and back massage for pregnant women to reduce pain without complications while brain booster for the fetus in the womb. Labor proceeded normally, complementary care received during labor was oxytocin massage, and the baby was born healthy. During the postpartum period, the condition of the mother and baby was good, uterine involution was normal, and there were no danger signs found. The mother also received complementary care in the form of oxytocin massage and Kegel exercises, as well as education on self-care and baby care, such as early initiation of labor (IMD), on-demand breastfeeding, umbilical cord care, and baby massage. The mother used a postpartum intrauterine device (IUD). The study concluded that the comprehensive and continuous midwifery care provided to the "PU" mothers was able to detect complications early and improve the health of both mother and baby. It is recommended that healthcare workers continue to provide optimal and sustainable services. Keywords: midwifery care, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, multigravida ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “PU” UMUR 28 TAHUN MULTYGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 18 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi kasus dilaksanakan di UPTD Puskesmas Selemadeg Barat ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif merupakan pelayanan yang diberikan secara berkesinambungan mulai dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, hingga masa nifas untuk menjamin kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu PU, umur 28 tahun, multigravida, sejak usia kehamilan 18 minggu sampai dengan 42 hari masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Asuhan diberikan secara berkelanjutan melalui kunjungan antenatal, pendampingan persalinan, serta pemantauan masa nifas. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi. Hasil asuhan menunjukkan bahwa selama kehamilan ibu dalam kondisi fisiologis sudah mendapatan asuhan komplementer beruba prenatal yoga dan pijat punggung untuk ibu hamil untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri tanpa komplikasi sedangkan brain boster untuk janin didalam kandungan. Persalinan berlangsung normal asuhan komplementer yang didapatkan selama masa persalinan yaitu pijat oksitosin, dan bayi lahir sehat. Pada masa nifas, kondisi ibu dan bayi baik, involusi uterus berjalan normal, serta tidak ditemukan tanda bahaya. Ibu juga telah mendapatkan perawatan komplementer berupa pijat oksitosin, dan senam kegel serta edukasi mengenai perawatan diri, perawatan bayi, seperti IMD,ASI on demand,perawatan tali pusat, serta pijat bayi. Ibu menggunakan alat kontrasepsi IUD Pasca salin. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah asuhan kebidanan pada Ibu ” PU” yang diberikan sudah secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan dapat mendeteksi secara dini adanya komplikasi serta meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Disarankan agar tenaga kesehatan terus memberikan pelayanan yang optimal dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: asuhan kebidanan, kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, multigravida
