Abstract

ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “RW” UMUR 34 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UK 16 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Barat Tahun 2026 ABSTRAK AKI dan AKB masih menjadi indikator utama keberhasilan derajat kesehatan di Indonesia. Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif yang diberikan sesuai standar sampai masa nifas merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “RW” dari kehamilan trimester II sampai masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir sesuai dengan standar. Metode penentuan kasus yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan September 2025 sampai Maret 2026. Perkembangan kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas ibu “RW” berjalan fisiologis. Pemberian terapi disesuaikan dengan kolaborasi dan rujukan yang telah dilakukan. Asuhan komplementer juga diterapkan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan ibu. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung 4 jam 15 menit dari pembukaan 4 cm, kala II 20 menit, kala III 10 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3200 gram. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lokhea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Seluruh proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu “RW” berjalan secara fisiologis. Bidan harus selalu memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar karena sangat penting untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi. Kata kunci: kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi, asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dan berkesinambungan MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “RW” 34 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVIDA FROM 16 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM PERIOD Case study held at Thechnical Implementation Unit of Kecamatan Denpasar Barat II Health Community Center Area in 2026 ABSTRACT Martenal mortality rate and infant mortality rate remain the primary indicators of the success of health in Indonesia. Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care provided from pregnancy to postpartum for mothers and babies can improve health and reduce the risk of complications. This report aims to determine the results of care provided to mother 'RW' from 16 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum and newborns. This study uses a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care has been provided from September 2025 to March 2026. The development of mother 'RW's' pregnancy was physiological and in accordance with the standards of ANC visits and complementary care provided, namely prenatal yoga, acupressure and aromatherapy. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications at PMB. The first stage lasted for 4 hours, the second stage 20 minutes, the third stage 10 minutes and monitoring of the fourth stage was within normal limits. The baby was born crying immediately, actively moving and weighing 3,200 grams and IMD had been carried out and was successful in the first hour. The process of uterine involution, lochia discharge and lactation during the postpartum period were normal. The care of the baby of mother “RW” for 42 days has implemented the principles of asah, asih, asuh and good baby growth and development. Midwifery care must be provided according to standards as an effort to monitor and detect complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and the baby.
