Abstract

Midwifery Care on Mrs. “L.TS” 31 Years Old Multigravida from 15 Weeks Pregnancy until 42 Days Postpartum Case Took Place at TPMB Ni Made Rahayu Dwipayanti in 2025 ABSTRACT Midwives in practice were not only provided clinical services but also become trusted companions, putting women as central of attention in every care process (women centre care) and having the authority to provide continuous physiological care as a promotional and preventive effort to improve the degree of mother and child health. This case study aimed to find out the results of midwifery care for "L.TS" mother in the age of 31, from the second trimester of pregnancy to the 42nd day of postpartum period. Data collection was carried out through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation studies. Foster care was given at PrivateMidwife Practice "Md.RD" during March to October 2025. The mother's pregnancy proceeded physiologically with the implementation of the twelve care standard. Care was carried out independently and collaboratively with the local health centre equipped with complementary care based on local culture. The delivery occured vaginally without complications with stage I took 6 hours, stage II took 20 minutes, and stage III took 5 minutes. The baby was born at 04.30 am, crying loudly, physically active, with birth weight 3700 grams. The postpartum period ran normally with the process of involution, lactation, and psychological adaptation either after being given oxytocin massage. Newborn care was in accordance with essential neonatal services. Providing care according to the standard in PrivateMidwife Practice was important as an effort to monitor and detect complications and complications of pregnancy process, delivery, postpartum, and newborn.
