Abstract

The role of midwives is very important in providing midwifery care to carry out early detection by implementing midwifery care according to standards. This report aims to determine the care provided to 'NKD' mothers from 16 weeks and 5 days of pregnancy to 42 days of the postpartum period until the new baby is born. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews, examination, observation and documentation. Care has been provided from April 12 to November 3 2025. The development of the 'NKD' mother's pregnancy is physiological, according to ANC visit standards, complementary care is given in the form of prenatal yoga and progressive muscle relaxation. Mothers who give birth vaginally without complications at the clinic are given complementary therapy in the form of a birthing ball and sacrum massage. The labor process from stage I to stage IV is physiological. The male baby was born immediately crying, moving actively and weighing 3200 grams. IMD was carried out and was successful in the first hour. The process of uterine involution, expulsion of lochea, lactation during the postpartum period is normal and complementary therapy is given in the form of Kegel exercises and oxytocin massage. Mother's "NKD" baby care for 42 days has applied the principle of nurture, love, nurture and is given complementary therapy in the form of baby massage. Midwifery care must be provided according to standards as an effort to integrate and detect complications and complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and the baby. Key words: continuity of care, complementary, midwifery care. vi ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “NKD” UMUR 23 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 16 MINGGU 5 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KEDIRI I Studi Kasus dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kediri I ABSTRAK Peran bidan sangat penting dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan untuk melakukan deteksi dini dengan menerapkan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Laporan ini bertujuan mengetahui asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu ‘NKD’ dari umur kehamilan 16 minggu 5 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas sampai bayi baru lahir. Studi ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan telah diberikan sejak 12 April hingga 3 November 2025. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu ‘NKD’ berjalan fisiologis, sesuai standar kunjungan ANC diberikan asuhan komplementer berupa prenatal yoga dan relaksasi otot progresif. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi di Klinik diberikan terapi komplementer berupa birthing ball dan pijat sakrum. Proses persalinan dari kala I sampai kala IV berlangsung fisiologis. Bayi lahir jenis kelamin laki-laki segera menangis, gerak aktif dan berat lahir 3200 gram sudah dilakukan IMD dan berhasil pada 1 jam pertama. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea, laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal sudah diberikan terapi komplementer berupa senam kegel dan pijat oksitosin. Perawatan bayi ibu “NKD” selama 42 hari telah menerapkan prinsip asah, asih, asuh diberikan terapi komplementer berupa pijat bayi. Asuhan kebidanan harus diberikan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
