Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE ON MRS CW 28 YEAR OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 36 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM Midwifery care was carried out in the Working Area of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Health Center I, East Denpasar District Health Office Year 2025 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum are normal conditions experienced by a woman. However, high-risk pregnancy can cause complications in the mother and fetus, which have the potential to cause pain and death. The first care was carried out on February 5, 2025 during the 36 week of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum, with the aim of monitoring the development of the mother and her baby. Data were collected through interviews, physical examinations, documentation and observation. The results of the examination during pregnancy showed that the mother's condition was still within normal limits. At the 39th week examination, it was found that the mother had premature rupture of membranes (PROM). The delivery was pathological with a caesarean section (CS) with a diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes and induction failure. The delivery process of mother CW was not up to standard because IMD was not performed. Complementary care for delivery was relaxation techniques. Care for the baby was carried out according to standards to KN I-III standards until 42 days were normal with complementary care of baby massage. During the postpartum period including the postpartum triad (lactation, involution and lochia) and healing of surgical wounds until 42 days the postpartum period took place physiologically without any complications with complementary care of oxytocin massage to KF I-IV standards. This final report is expected to provide an overview and information about the implementation of continuous midwifery care so that it can help maternal and child health programs. Keywords: pregnancy, caesarean section, postpartum, neonate, midwifery care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU CW UMUR 28 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 36 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Kebidanan dilaksanankan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Timur Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan dan masa nifas adalah kondisi normal yang dialami seorang wanita. Namun kehamilan resiko tinggi dapat menimbulkan komplikasi pada ibu dan janin, yang berpotensi menimbulkan rasa sakit dan kematian. Asuhan pertama dilakukan 05 Februari 2025 pada masa kehamilan 36 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas, dengan tujuan memantau perkembangan ibu dan bayinya. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil pemeriksaan pada masa kehamilan menunjukan kondisi ibu masih dalam batas normal. Pada pemeriksaan minggu ke-39, ditemukan bahwa ibu mengalami ketuban pecah dini (KPD) dan kegagalan induksi. Persalinan berlangsung patologis dengan tindakan sectio caesarea (SC) dengan diagnosa ketuban pecah dini. Proses persalinan ibu CW belum sesuai standar karena tidak dilakukan IMD. Asuhan komplementer persalinan yakni teknik relaksasi. Asuhan pada bayi dilakukan sesuai standar KN I-III sampai 42 hari berlangsung normal dengan asuhan komplementer pijat bayi. Selama masa nifas meliputi trias nifas (laktasi, involusi dan lochea) dan penyembuhan luka operasi sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis tanpa adanya komplikasi dengan asuhan komplementer pijat oksitosin sesuai standar KF I-IV. Laporan tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran dan informasi tentang penerapan asuhan kebidananberkesinambungan sehingga dapat membantu program kesehatan ibu dan anak.
