Abstract

v HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP DENGAN TINDAKAN TENAGA MEDIS DALAM UPAYA PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH MEDIS PADAT TAHUN 2025 Studi dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Praya Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Pengelolaan Limbah Medis Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Berbasis Wilayah bahwa pengelolaan limbah medis fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan belum optimal..Tujuan penelitian ini untuk penelitian terkait bagaimanan hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan tindakan petugas dalam upaya pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Praya jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode observasional yang bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan tindakan petugas Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Praya dalam upaya pengelolaan limbah medis padat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Pengetahuan petugas dalam upaya pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Praya sebagian besar dalam kategori baik 65 (71,4%) sedangkan yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 26 (28,6%) responden., Sikap petugas kategori positif yaitu sebanyak 61 (67,0%) sedangkan sikap negatif 30 (33,0%) Tindakan petugas sebagian besar dalam kategori baik sebanyak 73 (80,2%) dan kategori kurang baik sebanyak 18 (19,8%) responden, hubungan pengetahuan dengan tindakan petugas dalam upaya pengelolaan limbah medis padat hasil p-value 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (p< α (0.05). Nilai korelasi koefisien kontingensi (CC) sebesar 0,093 menunjukkan kategori lemah.Terdapat hubungan sikap dengan tindakan petugas dalam upaya pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Praya p-value 0.000 lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (p< α (0.05). kontingensi (CC) sebesar 0,093 berdasarkan tabel interpretasi koefisien korelasi menunjukkan kategori lemah Kata Kunci : Limbah Medis , Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Sikap RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE WITH MEDICAL PERSONNEL ACTIONS IN MANAGEMENT OF SOLID MEDICAL WASTE YEAR 2025 The study was conducted at the Praya Regional General Hospital, West Nusa Tenggara Province Medical Waste Management of Health Service Facilities Based on Areas that the management of medical waste in health service facilities is not optimal. The purpose of this study is to research related to the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the actions of officers in efforts to manage solid medical waste at the Praya Regional General Hospital, a type of quantitative research with an observational method that aims to explore the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the actions of officers at the Praya Regional General Hospital in efforts to manage solid medical waste. This study used a cross-sectional design. The knowledge of officers in efforts to manage solid medical waste at the Praya Regional General Hospital was mostly in the good category 65 (71.4%) while those who had sufficient knowledge were 26 (28.6%) respondents., The attitude of officers was in the positive category, namely 61 (67.0%) while the negative attitude was 30 (33.0%). The actions of officers were mostly in the good category as many as 73 (80.2%) and the less good category as many as 18 (19.8%) respondents, the relationship between knowledge and officer actions in efforts to manage solid medical waste, the p-value result was 0.000 smaller than the alpha value (p <α (0.05). The contingency coefficient correlation value (CC) of 0.093 indicates a weak category.
