Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF PHYSICAL QUALITY PICTURE OF TOFU FACTORY WASTEWATER IN MENGWI VILLAGE, BADUNG REGENCY IN 2025 ABSTRACT Wastewater from tofu production that is directly discharged without being processed will cause an unpleasant odor and pollute the environment, such as making river water black. This study aims to determine the physical quality of tofu factory wastewater. This research method is included in the descriptive research category. The results of the examination of 3 tofu factory samples with 3 repetitions showed that factory A, the physical quality examination that met the requirements was only 2, which obtained a temperature examination result of 29 ° C and a turbidity result of 2.9 NTU. In factory B, the average results from the measurements were only 2 that met the requirements, which obtained a temperature examination result of 30 ° C and a TSS result of 29 mg / L. As for factory C, the factory got an average result from the measurements of only 2 that met the requirements, namely temperature and TSS. The temperature results obtained were 27 ° C and the TSS results obtained were 26 mg / L. Based on the results of the examination, it can be concluded that wastewater from 3 tofu factories is more physically unqualified. The suggestion that the author can give is that tofu factory managers need to treat tofu wastewater before being discharged into the river to avoid environmental pollution. Keywords : factory, phsycal quality, turbidity, temperatur GAMBARAN KUALITAS FISIK AIR LIMBAH PABRIK TAHU DI DESA MENGWI KABUPATEN BADUNG TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Air limbah dari produksi tahu yang langsung dibuang tanpa diolah akan menyebabkan bau tidak sedap dan mencemari lingkungan, seperti membuat air sungai menjadi hitam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas fisik air limbah pabrik tahu. Metode penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian deskriptif. Hasil pemeriksaan 3 sampel pabrik tahu dengan 3x pengulangan menunjukkan pabrik A pemeriksaan kualitas fisik yang memenuhi syarat hanya 2 yang mendapatkan hasil pemeriksaan suhu yaitu 29°C dan hasil kekeruhan yaitu 2,9 NTU. Pada pabrik B mendapatkan hasil rata-rata dari pengukuran hanya 2 yang memenuhi syarat yang mendapatkan hasil pemeriksaan suhu yaitu 30°C dan hasil TSS yaitu 29 mg/L. Adapun pabrik C pabrik tersebut mendapatkan hasil rata-rata dari pengukuran hanya 2 yang memenuhi syarat yaitu suhu dan TSS. Hasil suhu yang didapatkan yaitu 27°C dan hasil TSS yang didapatkan yaitu 26 mg/L. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa air limbah dari 3 pabrik tahu lebih banyak tidak memenuhi syarat secara fisik. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan yaitu pengelola pabrik tahu perlu melakukan pengolahan air limbah tahu sebelum dibuang ke sungai untuk menghindari pencemaran lingkungan Kata kunci : pabrik, kualitas fisik, suhu, kekeruhan
