Abstract

Based on the 2020 Inter-Census Population Survey, MMR in Indonesia reached 189/100,000 KH, while IMR in Indonesia was recorded at 16.85/1,000 KH, this shows that the 2030 SDGs target has not been achieved, namely the MMR target is less than 70/100,000 KH. Comprehensive midwifery care according to standards from pregnancy to the postpartum period is one effort to reduce MMR and IMR. The aim of this case study is to determine the results of the implementation of care provided to "KS" mothers from the second trimester of pregnancy to 42 days of the postpartum period according to standards. The method for determining cases is through interviews, examination, observation and documentation. Care was provided from September 2024 to April 2025. The pregnancy, postpartum period was normal and vaginal delivery was without complications. The baby was born spontaneously, cried immediately, and had a normal birth weight. The complementary care that mothers and babies receive is prenatal yoga, cat cow pose, brain booster, effleurage massage, SPEOS method and baby massage. The results of the application of midwifery care for pregnancy, childbirth, baby development from birth to the postpartum period of 42 days are physiological in accordance with standards. Midwives must always provide midwifery care according to standards because it is very important to monitor and detect complications and complications in the pregnancy, birth, postpartum and baby processes.
