Abstract

HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN KEPATUHAN DIET RENDAH PURIN TERHADAP KADAR ASAM URAT DARAH PADA PENDERITA HIPERURISEMIA DI PUSKESMAS 1 DENPASAR SELATAN Hiperurisemia adalah kondisi di mana kadar asam urat dalam darah seseorang meningkat secara signifikan. Asam urat adalah produk akhir dari pemecahan purin, yang biasanya dihasilkan oleh tubuh dan dikeluarkan melalui ginjal. Ketika kadar asam urat berlebihan, ginjal mungkin tidak mampu mengeluarkannya dengan cepat atau tubuh menghasilkan terlalu banyak asam urat. Pada pria, kadar normal asam urat biasanya berkisar antara 3,4 hingga 7,0 miligram per desiliter (mg/dL), sedangkan pada wanita, batas normalnya sedikit lebih rendah, berkisar antara 2,4 hingga 6,0 mg/dL. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan kepatuhan diet rendah purin terhadap kadar asam urat darah pada penderita hiperurisemia di Puskesmas 1 Denpasar Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Observasional dengan rancangan Cross Sectional.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Januari 2025. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability Sampling dengan jenis Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebnayak 42 sampel. Data pengetahuan dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisiner, data kepatuhan diet dikumpulkan menggunakan form recall 1x24 jam, data kadar asam urat didapatkan dari hasil ukur dengan Easy Touch oleh tenaga medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 65% memiliki tingkat pengetahuan Baik dengan nilai rata rata Tingkat pengetahuan yaitu 78, sebanyak 67% memiliki kepatuhan diet tidak patuh, dengan nilai rata-rata konsumsi purin perhari yaitu 663 Mg/hari dan sebanyak 58% memiliki kadar asam urat darah tinggi dengan rata-rata kadar asam urat yaitu 6,8 mg/dL. Hasil analisis menunjukan ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan kadar asam urat (p<0,05) dan terdapat hubungan kepatuhan diet dengan kadar asam urat (p<0,05). Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pengetahuan, Kepatuhan diet, Hiperurisemia THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE AND COMPLIANCE OF LOW PURINE DIET TOWARDS BLOOD URIC ACID LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERURICEMIA IN PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER 1 SOUTH DENPASAR Hyperuricemia is a condition in which the level of uric acid in a person's blood increases significantly. Uric acid is the end product of the breakdown of purines, which are normally produced by the body and excreted through the kidneys. When uric acid levels are excessive, the kidneys may not be able to excrete it quickly enough or the body produces too much uric acid. In men, normal uric acid levels usually range from 3.4 to 7.0 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL), while in women, the normal limit is slightly lower, ranging from 2.4 to 6.0 mg/dL. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance with a low-purine diet with blood uric acid levels in patients with hyperuricemia at Puskesmas 1 South Denpasar. This study uses an Observational research type with a Cross Sectional design. This study was conducted in January 2025. The data collection technique used was Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling. The number of samples in this study was 42 samples. Knowledge data were collected using a questionnaire, dietary compliance data were collected using a 1x24 hour recall form, uric acid level data were obtained from the measurement results with Easy Touch by medical personnel. The results showed that 65% had a Good level of knowledge with an average value of the level of knowledge of 78, 67% had non-compliant dietary compliance, with an average value of purine consumption per day of 663 Mg / day and 58% had high blood uric acid levels with an average uric acid level of 6.8 mg / dL. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and uric acid levels (p <0.05) and there was a relationship between dietary compliance and uric acid levels (p <0.05).
