Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA NY.D DENGAN RISIKO INFEKSI AKIBAT CA KOLON DI RUANG RAWAT INAP KEMOTERAPI RSUD BALI MANDARA TAHUN 2025 ABSTRACT Colon cancer is a type of cancer that occurs in the colon tissue. Colon cancer is abnormal in the lining of the colon and attacks the lining of the colon. The colon is part of the digestive tract whose function is to produce energy and remove substances that are not needed by the body. The morbidity rate of colon cancer at Bali Mandara Hospital was recorded at 21.5% in 2022, decreasing to 19.3% in 2023, and increasing in 2024 to 59.0%. The mortality rate of colon cancer in 2022 to 2024 reached 33.3% each year. The nursing problems that arise in patients with colostomy are the risk of infection caused by the colostomy procedure involving the creation of a surgical wound that can be an entry point for pathogens that increase the risk of infection. The sample used in this report is in accordance with the inclusion criteria, namely patients with a medical diagnosis of colon cancer who are being treated in the inpatient room of Bali Mandara Hospital, colon cancer patients who use colostomy, colon cancer patients who experience nursing problems of infection risk, and colon cancer patients who are willing to be research subjects and sign informed consent. Data were collected through interviews (anamnesis), physical assessment, observation, and documented which are presented in narrative form with the results of the assessment showing that the patient experienced redness, pain in the stoma area, and fever. The patient's body temperature was found to be 38.5˚ C. and a pain scale of 3. After the intervention was prepared for 5x60 minutes and implemented, it was found that the nursing problems could be partially resolved. This case report is expected to be a reference for interventions regarding the level of infection in patients so that appropriate treatment can be given. ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA NY.D DENGAN RISIKO INFEKSI AKIBAT CA KOLON DI RUANG RAWAT INAP KEMOTERAPI RSUD BALI MANDARA TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Kanker kolon adalah jenis kanker yang terjadi pada jaringan usus besar. Kanker kolon secara tidak normal pada lapisan usus besar dan menyerang pada lapisan usus besar. Kolon merupakan bagian dari saluran pencernaan yang dimana fungsunya untuk menghasilkan energi dan pembuangan zat yang tidak diperlukan oleh tubuh. Angka morbiditas kanker kolon di Rumah Sakit Bali Mandara tercatat 21,5% pada tahun 2022, menurun menjadi 19,3% pada tahun 2023, dan terjadi peningkatan pada tahun 2024 menjadi 59,0%. Angka mortalitas kanker kolon pada tahun 2022 hingga 2024 mencapat 33,3% setiap tahunnya. Adapun masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien dengan kolostomi yakni risiko infeksi yang disebabkan oleh prosedur kolostomi melibatkan pembuatan luka bedah yang dapat menjadi pintu masuk bagi patogen yang meningkatkan terjadinya risiko infeksi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam laporan ini sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu pasien dengan diagnose medis ca kolon yang sedang dirawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Bali Mandara, pasien ca kolon yang menggunakan kolostomi, pasien ca kolon yang mengalami masalah keperawatan risiko infeksi, dan pasien ca kolon yang bersedia menjadi subjek penelitian dan menandatangani informed consent. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara (anamnesa), pengkajian fisik, observasi, dan didokumentasikan yang disajikan salam bentuk naratif dengan hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa pasien mengalami kemerahan, nyeri pada area stoma, dan demam. Ditemukan suhu tubuh pasien 38,5˚ C. dan skala nyeri 3. Setelah disusunkan intervensi selama 5x60 menit dan diimplementasikan didapatkan bahwa masalah keperawatan dapat teratasi sebagian. Laporan kasus ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan intervensi mengenai tingkat infeksi pada pasien agar dapat diberikan penanganan dengan tepat.
