Abstract

" NURSING CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH THE RISK OF INEFFECTIVE CEREBRAL PERFUSION DUE TO HEMORRHAGIC STROKE IN SANDAT ROOM BALI MANDARA HOSPITAL “ ABSTRACT Hemorrhagic stroke occurs when a blood vessel in the brain ruptures, causing bleeding and disrupting blood flow to the brain tissue (cerebral perfusion). This disorder reduces the supply of oxygen and nutrients to brain cells thus worsening neurological damage. This case report presents nursing care in patients with the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion due to hemorrhagic stroke, with a descriptive approach to one patient treated for five days. The patient has weakness on one side of the body. The diagnosis given is the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion. The main intervention carried out was to give a head up position of 30° to lower intracranial pressure and improve cerebral circulation. The implementation and evaluation using the SOAP method shows an improvement in the patient's condition. For nurses at Bali Mandara Hospital, it is recommended to apply a 30° head up position in hemorrhagic stroke patients to increase cerebral perfusion and lower intracranial pressure. Next researchers are advised to expand the scope of research and explore various innovative nursing interventions in overcoming the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion. Educational institutions are expected to also improve the quality of nursing services through continuous training and development of nurses' competencies in handling hemorrhagic stroke patients. Keywords: Hemorrhagic Stroke Nursing Care, Ineffective Cerebral Perfusion. “ ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN DENGAN RISIKO PERFUSI SEREBRAL TIDAK EFEKTIF AKIBAT STROKE HEMORAGIK DI RUANG SANDAT RSUD BALI MANDARA TAHUN 2025” ABSTRAK Stroke hemoragik terjadi ketika pembuluh darah di otak pecah, menyebabkan perdarahan dan mengganggu aliran darah ke jaringan otak (perfusi serebral). Gangguan ini mengurangi pasokan oksigen dan nutrisi ke sel otak sehingga memperburuk kerusakan neurologis. Laporan kasus ini menyajikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif akibat stroke hemoragik, dengan pendekatan deskriptif pada satu pasien yang dirawat selama lima hari. Pasien mengalami kelemahan pada salah satu sisi tubuh. Diagnosis yang diberikan adalah risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif. Intervensi utama yang dilakukan adalah pemberian posisi head up 30° untuk menurunkan tekanan intrakranial dan memperbaiki sirkulasi otak. Pelaksanaan dan evaluasi menggunakan metode SOAP menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kondisi pasien.Untuk perawat di RSUD Bali Mandara, disarankan menerapkan posisi head up 30° pada pasien stroke hemoragik untuk meningkatkan perfusi serebral dan menurunkan tekanan intrakranial. Peneliti berikutnya disarankan untuk memperluas ruang lingkup penelitian dan mengeksplorasi berbagai intervensi keperawatan inovatif dalam mengatasi risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif. Institusi pendidikan diharapkan turut meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi perawat secara berkelanjutan dalam penanganan pasien stroke hemoragik.
