Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR MRS. BABY. A WITH INEFFECTIVE BREATHING PATTERN PROBLEMS DUE TO ASPHYXIA IN THE NICU ROOM OF MANGUSADA HOSPITAL IN 2025 ABSTRACT Neonates are human beings who are in the most critical phase of life adaptation and period, in handling neonatal must be done well in order to survive the growth and development phase. Asphyxia is still a common case in newborns. Asphyxia is the inability of a newborn to start and maintain adequate breathing after birth. This case report aims to find out the Nursing Care for Mrs. A's Baby with Ineffective Breathing Pattern Problems due to Asphyxia including assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. Case reports are presented descriptively to describe the nursing process. The sample in this case report is Mrs. A's baby with ineffective breathing pattern problems due to asphyxia. The results after 5 x 7 hours of nursing care were obtained as results decreased dyspnea, the use of the respiratory support muscles decreased, the frequency of breathing decreased RR: 53x/min and SpO2: 100%. In the conclusion of this case report, the nursing problems that existed in Mrs. A's baby with breathing pattern problems were not effectively resolved because the baby no longer had dyspnea, did not use the breathing support muscles, and the breathing frequency became normal. The suggestion of this case report is that the patient's family is expected to follow the nursing process properly and for the hospital as well as the workforce to be able to provide and facilitate better. A DENGAN MASALAH POLA NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF AKIBAT ASFIKSIA DI RUANG NICU RSD MANGUSADA TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Neonatus merupakan manusia yang berada pada fase adaptasi kehidupan dan periode paling kritis, dalam menangani neonatal harus dilakukan dengan baik supaya bertahan pada fase pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Asfiksia masih menjadi kasus yang sering terjadi pada bayi baru lahir. Asfiksia merupakan ketidakmampuan bayi baru lahir untuk memulai dan mempertahankan pernapasan yang cukup setelah dilahirkan. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Asuhan Keperawatan pada Bayi Ny. A dengan Masalah Pola Napas Tidak Efektif akibat Asfiksia meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi dan evaluasi keperawatan. Laporan kasus disajikan secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan proses keperawatan. Sampel dalam laporan kasus ini adalah bayi Ny. A dengan masalah pola napas tidak efektif akibat asfiksia. Hasil setelah dilakukan Asuhan Keperawatan selama 5 x 7 jam didapatkan hasil dispnea menurun, penggunaan otot bantu napas menurun, frekuensi napas menurun RR: 53x/menit dan SpO2: 100%. Simpulan laporan kasus ini, masalah keperawatan yang ada pada bayi Ny. A dengan masalah pola napas tidak efektif teratasi dikarenakan bayi sudah tidak mengalami dispnea, tidak menggunakan otot bantu napas, dan frekuensi napas menjadi normal. Saran laporan kasus ini, keluarga dari pasien diharapkan dapat mengikuti proses keperawatan dengan baik dan bagi rumah sakit sekaligus tenaga kerja supaya dapat menyediakan dan memfasilitasi yang lebih baik.
