Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR Mrs. W WITH INDEFECTIVE FAMILY HEALTH MANAGEMENT DUE TO GRADE I HYPERTENSION IN THE FAMILY OF Mrs. W (Case Report in the Working Area of UPTD Health Center I, West Denpasar District Health Office in 2025) ABSTRACT Ineffective family health management is a condition where the family is unable to manage the health of its family members. The disease problem that generally arises in the family is hypertension. Cases of ineffective family health management due to hypertension in Health Center I, West Denpasar District Health Office reached 5% of 4,492 hypertension cases, namely 224 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine nursing care for Mrs. W with ineffective family health management due to hypertension. This case report method is a type of descriptive report to describe the nursing care process. The subject of this case report is a person with hypertension who meets the inclusion criteria. The results of the assessment found, did not understand the problems suffered, difficulty in carrying out the prescribed care, failed to take action to reduce risk factors, obtained BP 160/95 mmHg. The nursing diagnosis formulated is ineffective family health management. The interventions identified are family coping support, family support for planning care supported by health education. After nursing care for 5x30 minutes, there was a decrease in blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg. The evaluation results indicate that the intervention needs to be continued with a healthy lifestyle, and applying acupressure therapy at the recommended hypertension points. From the case report, it is concluded that this nursing care is effective to implement. It is hoped that this case report can provide new insights to the community, family, and subsequent authors. W (Laporan Kasus Di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Barat Tahun 2025) ABSTRAK Manajemen kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif merupakan suatu keadaan dimana keluarga tidak mampu mengelola kesehatan anggota keluarganya. Masalah penyakit yang umumnya timbul didalam keluarga yaitu hipertensi. Kasus manajemen kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif akibat hipertensi di Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan kecamatan Denpasar Barat mencapai 5% dari 4.492 kasus hipertensi yaitu 224 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. W dengan manajemen kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif akibat hipertensi. Metode laporan kasus ini adalah jenis laporan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan proses asuhan keperawatan. Subjek laporan kasus ini adalah seseorang penderita hipertensi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil pengkajian ditemukan, tidak memahami masalah yang diderita, kesulitan menjalankan perawatan yang ditetapkan, gagal melakukan tindakan untuk mengurangi faktor risiko, diperoleh TD 160/95 mmHg. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan yaitu manajemen kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif. Intervensi yang diidentifikasi yaitu dukungan koping keluarga, dukungan keluarga merencanakan perawatan didukung dengan edukasi kesehatan. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 5x30 menit terjadi penurunan tekanan darah 140/90 mmHg. Hasil evaluasi menujukan intervensi perlu dilanjutkan dengan pola hidup sehat, dan menerapkan terapi akupresure pada titik hiperensi yang dianjurkan. Dari laporan kasus tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa asuhan keperawatan ini efektif untuk diterapkan. Diharapkan laporan kasus ini dapat memberikan wawasan baru kepada masyarakat, keluarga, serta penulis selanjutnya. Kata kunci : Hipertensi, Dukungan manajemen kesehatan keluarga
