Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR MRS. Y WITH FATIGUE DUE TO BREAST CANCER IN SANJIWANI GIANYAR HOSPITAL IN 2025 ABSTRACT Breast cancer is a cellular disease characterized by unlimited cell growth that will form malignant neoplasms. The most common complaint experienced by breast cancer patients is fatigue. Fatigue can occur in more than 80% of breast cancer patients. This case report aims to describe nursing efforts in overcoming fatigue in breast cancer patients through a descriptive nursing care approach. The sample used was one person who met the inclusion criteria. The nursing diagnosis formulated was fatigue related to chronic disease (stage 3 breast cancer with moderate anemia) evidenced by the patient's hemoglobin of 6.9 g/dL, the patient said she still felt tired even though she had slept 8-9 hours, the patient said her body felt weak and did not have enough energy to do routine activities, the patient complained of getting tired quickly during activities, the patient seemed to need help to do routine activities such as needing help when going to the bathroom, the patient's face looked tired, the patient's frequency and duration of rest appeared to increase from usual. The interventions used were energy management (active/passive range of motion exercises, distraction listening to music), activity/rest education, and relaxation therapy (guided imagery). After nursing care for 5x24 hours, the results showed that all signs and symptoms were handled and nursing problems were resolved. It was concluded that nursing care in this case report can help overcome fatigue problems in breast cancer patients. Keywords: breast cancer, fatigue, nursing care ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA NY. Y DENGAN KELETIHAN AKIBAT KANKER PAYUDARA DI RSUD SANJIWANI GIANYAR TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Kanker payudara merupakan suatu penyakit sel yang dicirikan adanya berkembangan sel tidak terbatas yang akan membentuk neoplasma malignant. Keluhan yang paling umum dialami oleh penderita kanker payudara adalah keletihan. Keletihan dapat terjadi lebih dari 80% penderita kanker payudara. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan menggambarkan upaya keperawatan dalam mengatasi keletihan pada pasien kanker payudara melalui pendekatan asuhan keperawatan secara deskriptif. Sempel yang digunakan berjumlah satu orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan adalah keletihan berhubungan dengan penyakit kronis (kanker payudara stadium 3 yang mengalami anemia sedang) dibuktikan hemoglobin pasien 6,9 g/dL, pasien mengatakan masih merasa lelah meskipun sudah tidur 8-9 jam, pasien mengatakan tubuhnya terasa lemas dan tidak memiliki cukup tenaga untuk melakukan aktivitas rutin, pasien mengeluh cepat lelah saat beraktivitas, tampak pasien perlu bantuan untuk melakukan aktivitas rutin seperti perlu bantuan ketika ingin pergi ke kamar mandi, tampak wajah pasien lesu, tampak frekuensi dan durasi istirahat pasien meningkat dari biasanya. Intervensi yang digunakan adalah manajemen energi (latihan rentang gerak aktif/pasif, distraksi mendengarkan musik), edukasi aktivitas/istirahat, dan terapi relaksasi (imajinasi terbimbing). Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 5x24 jam didapatkan hasil seluruh tanda dan gejala tertangani serta masalah keperawatan teratasi. Disimpulkan asuhan keperawatan dalam laporan kasus ini dapat membantu mengatasi masalah keletihan pada pasien kanker payudara. Kata kunci: kanker payudara, keletihan, asuhan keperawatan
