Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF PHYSICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL QUALITY BOREHOLE WATER IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PANJER VILLAGE DENPASAR CITY YEAR 2024 ABSTRACT Clean water is one type of air-based resource that is of good quality and is commonly used by humans for daily activities. The condition of clean water quality in water sources in Panjer Village Elementary School often decreases with each seasonal change. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical, microbiological quality and describe the risk factors for polluting elementary school borehole water in Panjer Village. Researchers used descriptive methods to analyze data by describing and describing systematically. The results of the examination of the physical quality of elementary school borehole water in Panjer Village are eligible and for microbiological quality there are two elementary schools that do not meet the requirements, namely SD Negeri 02 with the results of E. Coli 10/100 ml, Coliform 96/100 ml and SD Negeri 06 with the results of E. Coli 2.2/100 ml, Coliform 96/100 ml which are crushed with a moderate contamination risk score of 33% and 44%. It is expected that UPTD Puskesmas I South Denpasar can increase knowledge by conducting counseling related to access to clean water. As well as the Head of Elementary School in Panjer Village is expected to improve the supervision of the water quality of Elementary Schools in Panjer Village and routinely conduct water quality checks. Keywords: Borehole Water, Microbiological Quality, Physical Quality GAMBARAN KUALITAS FISIK DAN MIKROBIOLOGIS AIR SUMUR BOR DI SEKOLAH DASAR KELURAHAN PANJER KOTA DENPASAR TAHUN 2024 ABSTRAK Air bersih adalah salah satu jenis sumber daya berbasis udara yang berkualitas baik dan biasa dimanfaatkan manusia untuk kegiatan sehari-hari. Kondisi kualitas air bersih pada sumber air di Sekolah Dasar Kelurahan Panjer sering mengalami penurunan setiap perubahan musim. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas fisik, mikrobiologis serta menggambarkan faktor risiko kontaminasi air sumur bor Sekolah Dasar di Kelurahan Panjer. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan secara sistematis. Hasil dari pemeriksaan kualitas Fisik Air Sumur Bor Sekolah Dasar di Kelurahan Panjer Memenuhi Syarat dan untuk kualitas mikrobiologis terdapat dua Sekolah Dasar tidak memenuhi syarat yaitu SD Negeri 02 dengan hasil E. Coli 10/100 ml, Coliform 96/100 ml dan SD Negeri 06 dengan hasil E. Coli 2,2/100 ml, Coliform 96/100 ml yang dihancurkan dengan skor risiko kontaminasi sedang sebesar 33% dan 44%. Diharapkan UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan bisa menambah ilmu dengan melakukan penyuluhan yang berkaitan dengan akses air bersih. Serta Kepala Sekolah Dasar di Kelurahan Panjer diharapkan meningkatkan pengawasan kualitas air Sekolah Dasar di Kelurahan Panjer dan rutin melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas air.
