Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF PROVIDING A 30 DEGREE HEAD UP POSITION IN HEMORRHAGIC STROKE PATIENTS WITH THE RISK OF INDEFECTIVE CEREBRAL PERFUSION AT RSUD TABANAN REGENCY Hemorrhagic stroke is a major health problem, not only in Indonesia but in the world. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of giving a 30 degree head up position in hemorrhagic hemorrhagic stroke patients with the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion at RSUD Tabanan Regency. The design used in this research uses a descriptive approach method with a descriptive Case Study Research (CSR) research strategy. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The number of respondents in this study was 1 person with a hemorrhagic stroke nursing problem. The results of the study found an increase in the level of consciousness, improved blood pressure and pulse, decreased headaches, restlessness and anxiety, although not all indicators received a score of 5, so the assessment results were that the management of increased intracranial pressure was partially resolved. The conclusion of this study is that the problem of the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion has been partially resolved. It is hoped that this will provide experience, information and reference material regarding providing a 30 degree head up position in hemorrhagic stroke patients with a risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion. Keyword : Head up 30 degrees, Hemorrhagic Storke, Risk of Cerebral Perfusion IMPLEMENTASI PEMBERIAN POSISI HEAD UP 30 DERAJAT PADA PASIEN STROKE HEMORAGIK DENGAN RISIKO PERFUSI SEREBRAL TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RSUD KABUPATEN TABANAN Stroke hemoragik merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama, bukan hanya di Indonesia namun di dunia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implmentasi pemberian posisi head up 30 derajat pada pasien stroke hemoragik hemoragik dengan resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif di RSUD Kabupaten Tabanan. Desain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif. dengan strategi penelitian deskriptif Case Study Research (CSR) atau penelitian studi kasus. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1 orang dengan masalah keperawatan stroke hemoragik hemoragik. Hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya peningkatan tingkat kesadaran, tekanan darah dan nadi membaik, sakit kepala menurun, gelisah dan cemas sehingga hasil assessment adalah manajemen peningkatan tekanan intrakranial teratasi sebagian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu masalah risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif teratasi. Diharapkan dapat menjadi pengalaman, bahan informasi dan referensi tentang pemberian posisi head up 30 derajat pada pasien stroke hemoragik hemoragik dengan resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif.
